Excellent Service Dept. Axel did a lot of research and many phone calls to find the problem with the entertainment screen in our Lincoln Navigator. It is fixed and running great. If it wasn't for Axel we would still have problems. In addition our Lincoln was under recall for over a year, and they fixed that too. Job well done.

Joe Witt and his buddy Bryan Compe are thieves and liars! Don’t buy from them. I bought a used truck from them and had problems with the truck less then 24 hrs after purchase. After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money!

I was vacationing in the area when my rear window was broken by stones from another vehicle. I called to see if a replacement window might be available while I was in town. It was not. Rick Bartels was very accommodating and professional. He had the service/body shop wrap my window with a temporary film to get me to where I was going. Great job by all there. The wrap was done so that it stood up to a couple thunderstorms without leaking and there is no noise on the interstate while driving. I would highly recommend.

I was searching for a smaller vehicle and I wanted a Subaru. I called and spoke to Ryan. I had found lately that few salesmen actually followed through and called back when they found something I might like. Ryan did call back. Ryan went above and beyond and found me the car in the color I wanted. Ryan made arrangements for the car to be brought from another State to Fox and let me check it out. I fell in love with the car :). I also had an amazing experience with the Finance Department. I worked with David and he was amazing I was able, thanks to David, to get an amazing interest rate, keep my car payment in the range I needed AND I was able to get the extended warranty, and heated seats I wanted installed. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Hughes Service. I go back because of their customer service in the sales and also the repairs/maintenance. We now own a 2014 Escape purchased new and a 2018 Escape purchased new from them. We love them both. By far the best vehicle we have owned.
