Dominic and Chad were both friendly and helpful and even stayed late to help us with our needs on a Saturday. Brakes on my F-350 got wonky at the beginning of my 1000 mi white-knuckle drive to Madison. I took it in to Kayser Heavy Truck service on 8/5/24, not expecting them to be able to get it into the shop anytime soon. Not only did I get a diagnosis right away, but they were nice enough to fit it into their schedule and begin repairs immediately. I also took the opportunity to have them replace the front tires and perform an alignment. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t know everyone’s name but as a team, they had me on the road the next day. Shoutout to Jeremy for not only repairing my brakes and replacing tires; he also eliminated a slow leak in another tire that had confounded two other shops in the past. Experience matters! In short, the Kayser Heavy Truck service department got the job done right and fast, and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended!

Great purchasing process other than that the entire experience was not great at all. The lady working in the service dept didn't seem to know anything and things I was promised would be cover and taken care of after purchasing the vehicle were not. I would definitely looks elsewhere.

On May 1, 2023, we were halfway through an extended vacation from Seattle, WA on our way to Holland, MI when our 2014 F350 6.7 lost power 15 miles from Tomah. We called the dealership there and they said we could park our large 5rh wheel in the back of the lot and they could evaluate it. Turns out we had extensive fuel issues (injector, pump, etc.). Real problem was obtaining parts. We ended up living in the back of their parking lot for 9 days. During that time, we were extended great service, kept well informed with what was occurring, and had multiple offers from the staff to assist us with groceries and shopping. At one point we talked to the sales department about purchasing another truck, however there was a sever national wide shortage of trucks (Ford, GM, and Dodge) and while you could find vehicles that were on order, very few were on lots. In the situation we were in, it could easily have been a bitter memory for us. As it is – we are great memories of the town of Tomah and especially the kind and thoughtful individuals at Morrie’s Tomah Ford.

Thank you Halladas for making my new truck purchase expeirience pleasurable. Thanks to Dean who had the patience with me while I was waffeling back and forth as to which truck to buy. Dean was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was considering and helpful with the information that helped me decide which truck was right for me. I was also very impressed with Sandy the Business Manager. She went the extra mile to help find a loan with the interest rate that was right for me. Of course, I would recommend ( and have already ) Hallada to my friends and as the best place to buy a new vehicle. Jack Schluter
