Brought my 2024 Nissan Murano SUV in 2 weeks ago to check on a wind noise on my right rear window when driving. I drove my vehicle into Darrows Nissan. Metro Mart and I met service advisor Jon Taylor who within 20 minutes successfully diagnosed my problem and ordered a new winddow interior gasket. 4 days later I was back as my part was in and once again Jon Taylor had my car repaired in less than 30 minutes. My experience with Wilde Nissan is par with many other car dealers I've had experience with in the past, in the area. Unless you get everything, and I mean everything in writing when you first purchase the vehicle, service may turn into a nightmare, especially when warranty items are involved. It wouldn't be a bad idea to take others maybe even a tape recorder along with you when you first buy the car. I purchased a Sentra. I will never buy again from that dealer.
