SCAM ARTIST. Sold me a truck but never warned me about parts of the under carriage being broke and a bad rear axle. He is not part of the BBB for a reason! After 12 months he just has all negative feedback cleared. So happy I have a 345 Hemi I can only drive in town. Even wrote down the wrong VIN # on my paperwork. Happy and friendly guy because he knows he is getting paid. Will never buy a car online again!

I can’t thank Justin and the Birdnow team enough for their extraordinary generosity. My truck broke down in Monona on a Sunday afternoon while I was hauling a trailer full of household goods while moving my family across the state. My truck needed work, parts couldn’t be procured until Monday, but my kids and I needed to be at school/work the next day. On short notice and after hours, they were able to get me back on my way with a suitable vehicle to continue hauling the loaded trailer across the state so I could get to work and avert a disaster. I was able to return the vehicle back to the dealership the following weekend when I had time to make it back up there. Small town generosity at its best!

Purchased a vehicle with them recently, have nothing but great things to say about them. Answered all my questions promptly, where very flexible with timing and delivery. The car itself was purchased as-is, they take really good care of the vehicles as the car itself was in very good condition. After diagnostics and inspection, it came back healthy and well maintained. I know it is not every dealership's responsibility to fix or upkeep vehicles but they have done a good job in my experience. I have read the previous reviews before purchasing, but like most things on the internet, understand that other people's experience won't usually be like mine. I have nothing but good things to say about E & A.
