I was a Suski customer for over 20 years. I tried to turn in my lease, and I was told they can't help me. Yes, it was early, but I have turned in before early. I tried to reach out to my sales guy who would not even return my texts or calls - after 20 years! I know I am not a priority due to a lease, but I am not a first-time customer. I just got a call from them a 2nd time TODAY wondering if I would like to turn my lease in. What? I told you, the first time, I have a brand-new car now from Simms and you still keep calling. I am happy with Simm's- they took my lease in and had a wonderful experience with that team. Hey Salespeople, even though it's not a money maker for you, respect your past customers.
