The person over the phone or computer told me it would be over a month to get in for a new tire I asked to speak to Marcus he got me in within an hour got my tire changed fixed it was quick fast easy wash my car very very pleasant very good person to work with Marcus good guy been doing business there for years. I would highly recommend asking for Marcus when you go there and you will definitely get good service

I had several bad experiences over the last several days looking at used cars. When I arrived, both vehicles had damage. I contacted Ralph and told him exactly what I wanted to see. He took a nice video and told me exactly where there were dents and dings National, where the other two dealerships did not. I purchased the vehicle the next day. Thanks Ralph! You did a great job.

This was our second KIA purchase at this dealership. After a negative experience at a different KIA service department, we knew we had to return to Summit Place KIA East for our next purchase, and their service department. This time was better than our 1st purchase. Everyone is so friendly and professional. From the receptionist to our sales consultant (John Rivers) to the finance manager (Dan), everyone was welcoming and appreciative of our business.

It was an okay visit. Just got my oil changed but I specifically asked for my tires to be filled and Elisa even wrote it on the maintenance checklist for the service department...but they never filled my tires & they never even filled out the checklist like they're supposed to...checking off all the things they looked at & completed while my car was back there. Of course I didn't know my tires weren't done until I was on the freeway a few miles away. I called & talked to Elisa and she offered to have me come back...but forget that. I shouldn't have to. Had they even looked at the checklist & completed it...this wouldn't have been missed. Elisa was nice enough to offer me a credit on my account for next time due to the trouble. She is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3.
