We dropped off the car on a Thursday night and our appointment wasn’t till 10 on Friday and by 7:30 in the morning they were calling us and telling us what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix it and we picked it up I can’t remember probably about two or 3 PM that day best service ever and also the best service people ever. Dropped off my Equinox for a 9:00 am appointment to diagnose a noise coming from the engine compartment. They said they would get back to me that day when they looked at it. They also texted me a phone number I could call and a hyperlink to use if I wanted to check on the status or I could simply reply to the text. In the later part of the afternoon I texted and got no reply. The following day I texted again with no reply; I utilized the hyperlink and it only showed that I dropped off the vehicle but nothing else. I called a minimum of 5 times only to be told by the call center that no one is picking up in the service department. I finally just drove back to Cronin to find out that they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I told them to give me my keys and I would take it somewhere else. They did not treat me very nice when I told them that. When Hirlinger owned the dealership I never had a problem with them. I can with 100% certainty say that I will never go to any dealership owned by Cronin again. I will also have to give a lot of consideration to purchasing Chevrolet again if this is what their car dealerships are heading toward. Big disappointment!

On the used car I purchased from Columbia Chevrolet, the transmission died after 4,000 miles. They are not standing behind the sale at all, and tell me that the (6 month) warranty was up by 10 days. But during a check in call I made to their service department, they told me it would be covered, and even gave me the part name they were waiting on. Now comes the UNBELIEVABLE part of the story. They told me that the service manager I talked to had me confused with another customer. So their apology to me during my 4 1/2 week wait while my car sat in their shop was, "Sorry, honest mistake, we confused you with a different customer!" (that ALSO had a 2017 Tahoe recently purchased from them that had a bad transmission, and had a warranty question.) Can you imagine, of all the gin joints, that there was a customer JUST LIKE ME. So weak. And again, their gift to me for my troubles was an inflated repair cost ($7,200.00) But they would discount it by $1,000.00 for my troubles. I called another reputable Chevrolet dealership in the area, gave them my VIN number, and asked for an estimate on a rebuilt transmission replacement. $6,200 - $6,400. Imagine my surprise!!!! Stay away from Corey.........

Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt Chevrolet. The one they had in stock was not a convertible, so we asked Tim Sibbitt if he could get one. We got a one word reply - "NO". He said the allocation was not there and simply walked away. Never attempted to call GM about getting one, never attempted to call another dealer for a trade, simply just said no. This was a $60,000 car!!! Wound up purchasing from another dealer. Years later showed up again looking to trade my S-10 for a new Colorado. Sticker price on the Colorado was $28,000, and the initial offer was $24,000 difference - the S-10 had 168,000 miles on it. I offered $20,000 and was told "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." A few days later returned and offered $22,000. They came back at $23,000; I told them the offer was $22,000. Once again "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." Next day went to the same dealer I bought the Corvette from and they beat Sibbitt's price by $3,000. Called Sibbitt back and told them I was walking away because I got a better deal. Then their story changed to "OK, we'll trade for $20,000." After they turned down $22,000 24 hours earlier. They tried to give me some story about how they just got a new rebate in that morning. It was a Friday & the last day of the month - I am not that stupid! Since then I have NEVER been back, and will never go back. I would stay far away from this dealer.
