Compromise achieved - Irish Charlie
I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.

Just Purchased my 2011 Audi A5 Premium Plus! My experience with Greg Meyer has simply been amazing. His sales style is unique and one of a kind. Greg was very knowledgeable, non-pushy, and best of all, an Audi enthusiast. I was in the market shopping around for an A5. I do not live in Ohio and explained to Greg that I was out of state. I flew in, he picked me up an hour away from the dealership, and had the paperwork all ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. Overall, what a wonderful experience!
