There are quite a few new gadgets and technology on our new vehicle, and to say the least, we are a little technologically challenged. Chad Fritsche has been our guide through so many questions and has helped us so many times with our new experiences. He is the best! He will always be there to help you in any way he can. They were very friendly and helpful when I was purchasing a vehicle. When I picked it up they showed me all the features, how they worked and called me a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied. My salesman was Mike Keller and I would recommend him to everyone needing a vehicle.

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.

The only day I could pick up the truck was his day off which he showed up to make sure I was taken care of. That would include all the staff that I had contact with. Easy in and out! I was called back to dealership because the technician left an instrument in my car. I made the 50 mile round trip back to dealership. The technician found the tool and said thank you. I thought I should have been offered some compensation for returning to dealership but nothing g was offered.

Horrible service! PURCHASED a used truck through their online stock, flew from Oregon to Tennessee to pick it up, upon arrival was told truck was sold to someone else and they no longer had it available! We had receipt from salesman, had given credit card to hold deposit and everything! Spoke with owner, JJ Arnold, who didn't seem to care much and was very rude- he promised would send check for reimbursement of our travel expenses but after many attempts to contact him he never followed through- he was flat out lying to our faces to get us out of his building knowing we would be going back to Oregon and wouldn't be able to bother him.... The most horrible customer service experience we ever had-

Bought a truck from them in August of 2011. It was overpriced. Have tried to resolve issues with them and they won't return phone calls. This has been going on for several weeks now. They also promised an incentive and have not delivered on it either. I have gone in person and Daniel Dooley, Sales Manager won't come out of his office to talk to us. Each time I went a new salesman told us they'd work on it. Then when I called back, no one would respond or take my calls. They are thieves. BEWARE!!
