Ask for Jimmy Brauneker! He provides great customer service! We saw a van online that was at their Louisville location. They had the van shipped here for us to test drive. It wasn’t exactly what we wanted and there was no pressure to buy. Appreciated his honesty and understanding. Since then he contacted us with another van he saw. Made us feel valued as a customer and not another number.

The service department was awesome, Chris and Micah was friendly and helpful to my unique situation. I'm from out of state while we are here for work when my jeep started throwing codes. They diagnosed the problem and did everything in their power to get us back up and running. The jeep is running great and I hope we will not have to return, but if we do we will bring it back here. Thank you for your professionalism and thank the mechanic that did the job as well.

I bought a new Jeep several years ago. - kenedbarnes51

I bought a new Jeep several years ago. After 13,000 miles the tires began going flat. In a few weeks all four, plus the spare, had two or more holes in them. In two days I had three flat tires. I complained to the dealer saying the tires had to be old or defective. I was told to come to the dealership and they would see what they could do. I worked second shift and had to make a four hour round trip with no spare tire. After I got there I was told there was nothing they could do. I had to hurry and go to Walmart and buy four new tires before I was late for work. The person at Walmart that changed the tires said he had never see tires that bad. A lady I called at the dealership said, "You abused the tires." I was nearing retirement age and never got off a public road and never ran over anything such as a nail. The tires were so bad that the gravel on the road where I lived punctured them. Many cars and trucks travel that same road as I have and no one ever had tires to go flat as I did. I will never buy a vehicle from them again and I would caution anyone not to trust them. I also wanted to get life insurance on the loan and they said I couldn't. Before the year was over my wife died suddenly and I was left with nearly 20,000 in debt.

DO NOT do business with this place. - Mdproctor98

DO NOT do business with this place. Zachary Nguyen, finance manager, used a rate buy-down to mask adding $8k to my loan and then SIGNED documents in MY NAME while quickly flipping through screens to hide this. Again, DO NOT do business with a company that promotes this type of behavior from their finance managers This dealership is very sketchy and if you do buy from here, you’re doing so at your own risk. They avoid answering phone calls and when you can get in contact with them, they say they will call back and never do.

To: Title Clerk and Center Manager Subject: Ongoing - Ashleigh Frazer

To: Title Clerk and Center Manager Subject: Ongoing License Plate and Registration Issue – Immediate Attention Required We purchased a 2025 RHO as cash buyers with no financing involved. As part of the transaction, we also traded in our fully paid-off 2023 TRX Lunar Edition. The sale was completed on April 12, 2025, and as of July 7, 2025, we still have not received our permanent license plate or registration. Despite numerous follow-up phone calls, we have only been issued temporary tags twice. We are now driving with expired temporary tags while commuting daily on and off a military base—this is not acceptable, as expired tags pose a significant issue for base access. We have had to initiate every update call ourselves, and the response has consistently been vague or lacking any actual resolution. Most recently, we were told it is now our responsibility to resolve this issue, which is unacceptable and has forced us to begin pursuing legal action. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that we are frequent buyers and sellers of vehicles—always paying cash—and you would expect a dealership to value customers like us. We’ve purchased and sold vehicles at dealerships across the country and have never encountered issues like this, nor such poor communication and lack of customer service. While our salesman, Kaleb Foster, was excellent during the sales process, he has had no involvement or success in helping us resolve this issue and appears to be just as uninformed as we are. We expect immediate action to resolve this matter.

This dealer was recommended by a family member who used - averyhovey

This dealer was recommended by a family member who used the Ford side for service. I called and they couldn’t get me in for a week for diagnostics and estimate for my insurance. They ordered a part a week later after insurance approved the repair. That’s when it all took a turn. I called with just over two weeks left of my rental vehicle to check on the progress because I hadn’t heard anything. I was informed by Tyler that the part wasn’t in and the ETA was the day my rental car was up. I asked if there was a way to escalate the shipping and he basically said no, couldn’t tell me who the part was ordered from and eventually said I could contact Chrysler Customer Care and that sometimes the customer can escalate better than the dealer. I had no issue doing this but asked if he could get me the number and maybe an order number to reference. He said he didn’t have it and to Google the number. I contacted customer care after speaking to Gavin and getting all of this information and letting him know that the service was lacking skills. Customer Care told me they couldn’t help me because the part had already shipped and to contact them again if the part didn’t arrive. I called the dealer again for an update and they hadn’t received it. Called again the day of the ETA, part never came in. Me and my insurance guy were simultaneously contacting the dealer trying to get them to move and they sat on my car for over 30 days with a part lost in orbit and offered no plan B. The final straw was I called another dealer the day after the part hadn’t shown up and they looked to see what dealers may have it. There were two in Louisville and one in Corbin. They recommended I check in and see if they can set up a dealer to dealer transfer. This dealership did this without me even asking them too. So I called back and Tyler said he would get with parts and call me back. He never called me back. I called back Monday morning and talked to another rep who was a little easier to work with. He told me he would have Tyler call me back. I waited an hour and a half and heard nothing back. I called back no answer so I called again and talked to parts. The parts guy basically told me that I don’t know what I’m talking about. That was it for me. I went and got my vehicle and am now driving it untouched until the other dealer gets the part in a week and a half and I can get it taken care of. I lost $350 in an overdue rental car for absolutely nothing, I should have removed my vehicle two weeks ago when I realized they really do not care to try and solve a problem at the expense of their customer. I would buy another vehicle before ever using them again.

Great staff and great service. - Mikelawson65

Great staff and great service. Their mechanics are top of the line and very nice and helpful.

great service department. - ronalddeecox

great service department. Best technicians I've dealt with in a long time, fixed multiple vehicles for us by diagnosing the issues, not replace and try. saved us thousands from what other places cost.

DO NOT take your Jeep here for overheating issues. - Atw146974

DO NOT take your Jeep here for overheating issues. They tried and failed to fix my 2013 jeep wrangler for 4 months. Idiots from top to bottom. I won’t get into the countless lies I was told or the time they didn’t know my Jeep was on their lot for a week. Now I have to find someone else to actually fix my Jeep.

We are very thankful when we run across people that are - vines03

We are very thankful when we run across people that are simply kind and pleasant. We were out of town and the air went out on our truck unexpectedly. We pulled in the Ram service area and are certainly glad we did. While Jason couldn't fix our problem because of the late hour and a full schedule, he was kind enough to see if a code came up on the truck instead of just waving us away. He took the time to see if he could provide us with information to put us on the right track. Sadly, kindness and willingness to help out a stranger are rare these days and deserved to be recognized. Thank you Jason and Peppers Ram of Paris, TN. Lori and Alan Vines Brentwood, TN
