I’ve never written a review for anything in my life, but these guys deserve it. I put in multiple inquiries to dealers in my region. All of them played the usual games ("Do you have a trade? What do you want your payment to be?"). When I contacted Jeff Wyler Honda, there was none of that. I told them the vehicle I wanted, trim, options, etc. They were able to locate that exact vehicle. They quoted me a fair price right off the bat. Let’s face it - nobody is thrilled about spending thousands of dollars on a new vehicle. Thing is, the car buying process has changed drastically over the past 20 years, given the amount of information available to consumers online and being able to know the general range of price one should pay. That said, these guys have to make some money. I was not about to haggle over a few hundred dollars when given a fair price up front and treated well. The whole process was first class - I made a deposit to hold the car over phone/text, and came by for a test drive a week later (used version of what I ordered). They kept me updated on the car's status (coming over on the boat from Japan). When it arrived, I was notified that same day, and was able to come over that afternoon and take care of paperwork in just over an hour. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. Buying a vehicle doesn’t have to be an unpleasant experience. I was served by both Ben Jackson & Eric Meredith. I should also note: This dealership is about 1.5 hours from where I live, and there are several who are much closer. It was worth it. When we’re in the market for another vehicle, we’ll be calling Jeff Wyler Toyota. Give Ben or Eric a call - they will take good care of you.

I felt at ease waiting at his desk where there were items displayed of his service to our country and his faith! It was as if a guardian angel had lead me to him personally!
