The service staff, office staff - Barbara and Rhonda in hospitality were amazing to me. could not ask for more friendly user people. Gave me that "right at home feeling". Fresh coffee, snacks and smiles. Rhonda is right on keeping waiting room spotless... Try them - you will like them... Thank you

Came in a couple of days ago with an unexpected flat tire. There were a couple new faces when I walked in. I did eventually see Miss Amanda, assuming she’s been promoted, but happy to see her, coming in from her office. A young gentleman greeted me and took care of me. Unfortunately my tire wasn’t in stock but he took my car back and got my spare on and the next day called and got me in for my new tire. An even bigger surprise I got out with only paying $55 bucks, I didn’t realize I had warranty on my tires with the purchase. The young man was very pleasant both encounters. I’ll definitely be back for all my service needs. Thank you Mr. D Clark and Swope Nissan for getting me taken care of.

I had a flat tire that immediately needed attention, because I had an event to go to. I went in on a Saturday with no appointment and about an hour before they closed. They were very willing to fit me in and plug the hole. The Service Advisor, Johnathan Hernandez, even went above and beyond to help get oil changes done, so they could fix my tire quickly. I appreciate the welcoming environment and very helpful staff!
