I dropped my car off for a recall for fuel, you could smell is gas. I would like to first thank Mrs.Pride and the mechanics that helped me, they went above and beyond to look out for my safety,that is very hard to find and they are very special to me and I will NEVER forget whatMrs.Pride and mechanics done for me. I was treated horrible, and put in harms ways by the service secretary. She told me my part would be in by the end of week but it was not and she told me multiple times that I could come get my car and drive it until my part came in and I told her no I was not picking up my car because it would be my fault if my car caught on fire and she even told me that my car was not going to catch on fire and she yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me a few times, I received a call from the machanic saying I couldn’t drive my car m(even to another car repair shop) because my car was going to catch fire and didn’t know how it hasn’t already and I was pulling into prides at that time due to how I had been treated. I had called that morning to speak with Mrs.Pride but she was out so I spoke with general manager,jerry, and he said he would go speak with her. The mechanics begged and begged me not to drive my car because so were only worried about my safety!!! I also needed another part to fix my gas problem and the service secretary,Lajana, was even ruder when I got there and I told the mechanics she has been telling me since last week to pick my car up and drive it until part was in, I had never been treated that way. Mrs. Pride came out and spoke with me and I explained to her what all had been going on and she fixed my car for free to make sure I was safe and that meant the world to me and she and me baby have a special place in my heart forever and I am so grateful for them, it is hard now days to find people who Truly care, have compassion, and empathy and miss pride in the mechanics had all of that and more. I cried like a baby when I left there because they were only worrried about my safety!! So thank you Mrs.Pride for caring about me and my safety and fixing my car for absolutely nothing, they charged me nothing to fix it just so I would be safe!!! I would recommend them to anybody and if you have a problem speak with Mrs.Pride, it is hard to find people who care now days And her and the mechanics had compassion, and empathy, and general cared and I left there crying because it meant the world to me and they will always have a very special place in my heart and NEVER will I forget what they done for me. The dealership is very good. The process did take a bit longer than I had expected. I was disappointed that they had so little info about the vehicle I purchased. They should know more about the cars and provide the info to the purchaser. However, they were not interested in having the complete service records on the car I sold them. I had them with me to prove the quality of the car I was selling them. I’m not sure I will purchase my next vehicle from Carmax instead of a dealer. My previous 4 vehicles were purchased new ftom a Toyota or Lexus dealer, and the service with sale has been excellent with all four. Carmax does not provide the same services and followup care that I am accustomed to getting.

We bought a brand new 2025 jeep gladiator and also purchased the extended warranty. They didn't pay all the taxes and we had to come out of pocket $650.18 for taxes so I could finally get my tags. I called they stopped answering my calls. The times they did answer it was always lies. I tried talking to manager Trey, and finance guy Kenny. They would only day its in contract that we have to pay it since they send enough to pay all the taxes. I had a lawyer to look at my contract. It DOES NOT SAY THAT. Just more lies on top of the ill have someone to call ya back.

Please pay attention to the negative reviews! The people selling used cars at this dealership are transacting in an unethical manner. We recently bought an older truck from them that seemed to be in decent mechanical condition. Within a week of purchase, the truck showed major issues. A mechanic inspected it and indicated it needs THOUSANDS of dollars in mechanical repair. I contacted the dealer because we just bought the vehicle. Asked them for help. Told them it was financially devastating to our family. All they said back to me was - thanks for your purchase. ...the truck was purchased as is. That's all they said. It has now been less than 3 weeks since we purchased it - there's no way these issues just suddenly happened out of nowhere right after we bought it. They are UNWILLING to discuss this in good faith and to do the right thing. We spent all of our savings to buy this truck. Once the sale is final, they do not care. No matter the deal.... No matter how great everything seems.... I urge you to take your business elsewhere or you may end up in a financial predicament.

This is more directed to American financial but I am totally not please with American Car Center as a whole. My Car Broke down about 3 weeks ago, the engine blew in my vehicle while I was driving almost causing me to be in a head on collision with a 18 wheeler when my car broke down I asked the dealership to tow the vehicle it took them a week to tow the vehicle from the place where it broke down to the dealership, the day the vehicle was towed it was towed to another dealership besides the one where I purchased the car. After sitting at the dealership for day it was sent to a repair shop. The repair shop came back 3 days later and stated that the engine blown. a representative from the warranty department Rudely contacted me and told me the repairs would be 4 thousand something odd dollars and that I would have to pay half up front and then the other half they would provide me with a ''side a loan" to pay for the rest but I would be required to pay it back, weeks have gone by and nobody has been keeping me up-to-date. with whats goin on I keep being told that they are waiting on one particular "VP" in the company to make a decision on what to do with the vehicle whether the vehicle should be deemed unethical to repair or not. this week makes a month that I have been without my car, this past Monday I called Hyundai to run a recall check on my car and turns out there are 3 recalls the ENGINE,RADIO AND SEATBELTS which is everything that ive had wrong with the car since I've had it. I called in to relay this information and sill nothing has changed. I was actually yelled at the last time I called in, the man on the phone told me that he has been around other co-workers when I've called and nothing is going to change by me continuing to call, I just don't see how they can get mad for someone calling in and being so concerned I HAVE SENT 7 PEOPLE TO THIS COMPANY FOR A VEHICLE AND THEY ALL THE CAR THEY DESIRED BUT I WILL NEVER SEND ANOTHER PERSON TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL establishment again. things started off so great but this situation has showed the company true colors.--
