I live in Collierville, TN which is 250 miles from Newton Chevrolet GMC. I bought my vehicle sight unseen. Drew Hayes.was the sales consultant. I am 75 years young and have bought multiple vehicles in my lifetime. This was the least anxious and most pleasurable experience I have ever had. It took only three days to purchase a truck that I had never seen from a man that I had never met. Drew and Newton exceeded any expectations I would have had. I am a Christian. I asked the Lord to help me find a truck. God in His providence, sent a Pastor servant to help me. Could not be happier ! Thank you Lord and Drew. Ken Hawkins

Sold my Father a broken car. They cheaply patched this car to pass for sale. Something that should have been reported to carfax. This place still does the shady practice they did back in the 80's. I've sold cars for 13 years. Now I sell insurance. So I know what trickery and deceiving tricks that are out there. There are more than enough mistreated customers for a class action! Ryan is picking up where his daddy in law left! Terrible!

Bought brand new truck. Called next day to tell them it was missing 4 screws on the tailgate. Sales team said bring it in anytime and they would quickly take care of it. When I returned it service rep said leave it for 3-5 days and they would get to it. Spoke with the GM and he said I will make a call and get back to you in about a half an hour. Never heard from him again. Stopped by Lowe’s hardware on the way home and bought the 4 screws for $6 went home and put them on myself in less than 10 minutes. Terrible service even poorer leadership to not call back as promised.

They kept my car for 2 months. They gave me a long list of things that was wrong with my car that costs hundreds and thousands of dollars. I was going to go somewhere else but my service plan was going to pay for one of the items. Mr. Adam Keller consistently try to upcharge me for new things they found was wrong with the car. When I would call and try to check on the car he wasn't available and I left messages and he wouldn't call me back. He was very rude and wouldn't listen when I did talk with him. I had to report his behavior to the supervisor. When they finally begin to work on my car, Adam called asking for more money for a hose. They do not understand that the customer have a family too. I am a single mother. I needed my car for work so I can take care of my family. The impression I got was to try to get as much money as you can out of the customer, and the customer does not matter.

This was my first time ever to deal with Dossett Big 4. Everyone there was so helpful and polite. As soon as I walked through the door my salesman, David Leatherwood, was so courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying. Mr. Dosssett even made a point to talk with me and thank me for choosing his dealership. From the test drive to the financing, I could not have asked for nicer people to deal with. Bought a truck from them in August of 2011. It was overpriced. Have tried to resolve issues with them and they won't return phone calls. This has been going on for several weeks now. They also promised an incentive and have not delivered on it either. I have gone in person and Daniel Dooley, Sales Manager won't come out of his office to talk to us. Each time I went a new salesman told us they'd work on it. Then when I called back, no one would respond or take my calls. They are thieves. BEWARE!!
