I just want to take a moment to recognize the sales manager (Abdul B.)at Nissan. Every time I come in, he makes sure to personally welcome me and check to see if I need anything. He always lets me know that if I ever need help now or in the future, all I have to do is give him a call—and he truly means it. He’s definitely about action. I had some questions about possibly trading in my vehicle, and to my surprise, he called me the very same day to follow up. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of responsiveness, but it showed me how serious he is about taking care of his customers. He’s truly the man with a plan, and I appreciate his professionalism, consistency, and dedication every single time. I had a great experience in the service department thanks to K. Carter. During my regular oil change appointment I asked the technician to also check the air conditioning since there was little cool air being circulated. The technician discovered a crack in the radiator, so I scheduled to have the repairs done to fix the air conditioning the next day. Derek was very courteous and professional and the service was done in a timely manner. The customer waiting room was very comfortable and clean.

Bought 2023 Nissan Sentra in Aug. 2023 .Salesman was nice but the man in the finance dept was not..He pushed about 8 or 10 pages to me and when I was trying to read them he just rushed me to sign. In the end I got with a loan shark finance company and the both of them got me This was my first time I bought a car on my own. The interest rate is too high, I am paying $500.00 a month and only $160.00 is applaud to note.trying to get in contact with FTC tolet them know. Also in Nov. Battery lost power and instead of getting a new battery the service dept simply charged it up.
