I had my MKX serviced at Jerry Duncan Ford,and my appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires.
