I had been looking for a small truck with low miles and a manual transmission. I wanted a basic no-frills truck to keep for the long haul. I had been looking on AutoTader.com, Cars.com, and CarGurus.com. I would find trucks and call but they would be gone shortly after they were listed. I happened to be driving by Stan McNabb Chevrolet and saw a little black GMC Canyon and looked in the window, and it had a manual transmission. They weren’t open so I went home and looked online and saw that it had 45k miles and was priced right with a good Carfax. I called and talked to Don McKay and decided to go test drive it. It was what I was looking for and I was happy with the price. I already had financing arranged but they got a lower rate for me. It was a no-hassle transaction with none of the expected upsell drama. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Danny Veirs was also involved because Don was working with another customer who came in the same time as me asking for him. I’ll come back the next time I’m looking for a vehicle and give them another shot.

Horrible service! PURCHASED a used truck through their online stock, flew from Oregon to Tennessee to pick it up, upon arrival was told truck was sold to someone else and they no longer had it available! We had receipt from salesman, had given credit card to hold deposit and everything! Spoke with owner, JJ Arnold, who didn't seem to care much and was very rude- he promised would send check for reimbursement of our travel expenses but after many attempts to contact him he never followed through- he was flat out lying to our faces to get us out of his building knowing we would be going back to Oregon and wouldn't be able to bother him.... The most horrible customer service experience we ever had-

Bought a truck from them in August of 2011. It was overpriced. Have tried to resolve issues with them and they won't return phone calls. This has been going on for several weeks now. They also promised an incentive and have not delivered on it either. I have gone in person and Daniel Dooley, Sales Manager won't come out of his office to talk to us. Each time I went a new salesman told us they'd work on it. Then when I called back, no one would respond or take my calls. They are thieves. BEWARE!!
