This place is an absolute joke. They send out these flyers that are false advertising all the time. My mother received a flyer in the mail stating that had $0 down cars, with a trade in allowance, and prizes available if the numbers match up. And of course she had a matching prize number for a new free tv. When we arrived and asked about it the salesman told us that they only use those flyers to get people to come in and that nobody actually wins because its a specific number that has to match what they have. That should have been a red flag but at the time I was in desperate need of a vehicle. They claimed that no longer had any more $0 down vehicles; I was shown a vehicle and end up purchasing a 2016 Nissan Altima that was priced at $16,532.08. I put down $8k and had a trade in with a value of $3,651= $11,651 that means I should have ONLY been financed for $4,881.08 right? Wrong my total sale price for the car was $40.477.82 with a 21.89% ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE/ 12,294.74 FINANCE CHARGE/ TOTAL OF PAYMENTS $28,826.82. I asked multiple times would my down payment lower the finance charge and they kept telling me yes. Again THAT WAS A LIE. Doing some research I realized this was nothing more than AUTO DEALER FRAUD I reached out to all parties to rescind my contract and of course no respond. They financed my vehicle with FIRST FINACIAL BANK; they end up getting an attorney and when I requested that I need proof making me liable for the contract he sent me back ALL THE PROOF I needed. The Retail Installment Sales Contract he provided me from the financial institution was not the same one I signed at the dealership. Not only was it multiple forged signatures that DID NOT match the original, it had a missing date, and MULTIPLE areas where the numbers and amounts DON'T MATCH. I informed their lawyer that the contract was null and void to the fraud and breach of contract by not following their own Arbitration Agreement. They not only violated so many consumer laws by NOT providing certain documents during purchasing, they participate in countless number of FALSE ADVERTISING, they were very deceptive, and MOST of all they altered and FORGED documents. The fact that some of these salesmen take pride in taking from customers is sick. They seen two women (me & my mother) and my son coming in and thought we would be a good target. I work to hard to be letting anyone take money from me and my son just to put it into their pockets. I'm outraged and disappointed in the type of service that I received. No I will not be silenced or ignored I will continue to file all the evidence I need to get EVERY SINGLE PENNY BACK. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. And if you have financed your vehicle through ANY of their parties PLEASE request your original document from your financial institution and if your have ANYTHING that isn't on YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENT you signed at the dealership please go and get your money back. They have been getting over on us and we all work to hard to let ANYONE take advantage of us.

I've purchased three vehicles from Beaman GMC—two of them in the same year—and I've always had an excellent experience with the sales team. I'd genuinely rate them five stars for that side of things. Unfortunately, I can't extend the same courtesy to the service department, specifically due to one individual: the assistant manager (the only woman in the department). Despite her title suggesting she should be able to assist, she proved entirely unable—or perhaps unwilling—to do so in any meaningful way. I've been trying since November to schedule the L87 engine recall remedy on my 2022 Yukon XL Denali. Each time I called, I was told a manager needed to call me back to confirm parts availability (the fix involves simply changing to a thicker oil weight and replacing the oil cap—hardly complicated). Yet no one ever followed up. Months passed, my warranty expired in the interim, and only after repeated efforts did they finally reach out—promising a loaner vehicle upon arrival. Given that I have three young children (all five and under), a loaner isn't a luxury; it's a necessity. Before even booking the appointment, I explicitly told the phone representative that a loaner was non-negotiable. He assured me Tuesday would work to guarantee one, but since I work, we settled on Wednesday. I arrived as agreed, only for this assistant manager to flatly refuse: 'It's not my job, and it's not required.' She suggested I wait three hours in the lounge or—believe it or not—use her personal car (which, as someone with allergies and basic standards, I wouldn't touch, especially knowing it houses cats). This isn't about entitlement; it's about basic accountability. The dealership dragged their feet for four months on a straightforward recall, let my warranty lapse through inaction, made explicit promises they didn't honor, and then left a loyal, repeat customer (who's spent serious money there) stranded with young kids in tow. Service—thanks to this one person's handling—gets zero from me. A real manager might want to review how recalls and customer commitments are actually managed here.

PURCHASED a used truck through their online stock, flew from Oregon to Tennessee to pick it up, upon arrival was told truck was sold to someone else and they no longer had it available! We had receipt from salesman, had given credit card to hold deposit and everything! Spoke with owner, JJ Arnold, who didn't seem to care much and was very rude- he promised would send check for reimbursement of our travel expenses but after many attempts to contact him he never followed through- he was flat out lying to our faces to get us out of his building knowing we would be going back to Oregon and wouldn't be able to bother him.... The most horrible customer service experience we ever had-

Bought a truck from them in August of 2011. It was overpriced. Have tried to resolve issues with them and they won't return phone calls. This has been going on for several weeks now. They also promised an incentive and have not delivered on it either. I have gone in person and Daniel Dooley, Sales Manager won't come out of his office to talk to us. Each time I went a new salesman told us they'd work on it. Then when I called back, no one would respond or take my calls. They are thieves. BEWARE!!
