only thing i can really say about the service and shop is that the front of the store could be upgraded a bit. otherwise everything else is good

Not well enough staffed with knowledgeable PHEV technicians to diagnose electronic issues,thus repairs take longer than they should for a company that has been doing PHEVs longer than the rest. Although management will try to accommodate the customer with a loner vehicle, they just don't have enough of those to deal with the staffing issue and the backlog of repairs.
