From of our first contact with Orlando Volkswagen North I felt that they would assist us thoroughly and completely through the buying process. Our vehicle was a highly sought after model, and we had sat at many tables at other dealerships only to be disappointed. Orlando VW North delivered. We took possession of our vehicle and couldn’t be happier. One of the best parts about the whole process was the wonderful way that we were treated. We were treated as if we were family and longtime repeat customers. That speaks volume about the level of customer service when as a first time customer, you’re treated the way we were. The first time we visited the dealership we were greeted by an employee who held the door open for us and welcomed us to the dealership. Chris Park, our sales person and Jason Hanin, our finance person made the process very easy. The night we took delivery Chris walked us around the car, discussed specific features and made sure we were comfortable before he let us drive at home. We also had the pleasure of meeting General manager, Randy Dulaney. We can’t say enough about Orlando Volkswagen North and definitely would not hesitate to do business with them again.
