A few months ago my SUV of 17 years finally stopped working and had to be put out to pasture. Needless to say this was a big adjustment for me and I was quite anxious having to go back into the car market after so many years.
Fortunately, circumstances led me to Mazda of Greenville. The sales personnel and staff were friendly which helped to ease my anxiety. Keep in mind that I did the research of various vehicles earlier and already had a few choices in mind. So I just took my time until it felt right.
My salesperson Donovan and his manager, Eugene truly listened to me as I described what I was looking for. They answered my questions honest and addressed my concerns as they worked hard to accommodate. The result: I ended up with a great deal on a pre owned vehicle that exceeded my expectations. It’s been about two months and I’m still quite satisfied.
So I like to give a shout out Donovan, Eugene and the all the staff I came in contact with for setting me at ease throughout the process. And special shout out to receptionist Maria as she was the first person the greeted us with a smile and such a calming demeanor which set the stage for the whole experience.
And yes, I would gladly recommend this location to family and friends looking for a vehicle; pre owned or new.
