I recently purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 from Fields Mazda and love my new car! It has the same great handling I enjoyed with my 2015 CX-5 and lots of improved driver features that Mazda has added over the past ten years. I traded in my old CX-5 and had hoped to drive home with the new CX-5 I had just test driven and purchased. The car needed final preparation from the dealership before it was ready to be picked up though, so the Sales Manager offered me the use of a loaner car at no charge and other compensation for the delay, which I appreciated. I received excellent service from everyone at Fields Mazda, especially: • Nathanael, the Sales Consultant who oversaw the purchase of my new CX-5 and twice went to my old CX-5 on the lot to retrieve items I forgot, and • Brittney, the Sales Consultant who managed everything when I went back to the dealership to pick up the new car on Nathanael’s day off and did an excellent job explaining thing I needed to know about the car! A few months ago my SUV of 17 years finally stopped working and had to be put out to pasture. Needless to say this was a big adjustment for me and I was quite anxious having to go back into the car market after so many years. Fortunately, circumstances led me to Mazda of Greenville. The sales personnel and staff were friendly which helped to ease my anxiety. Keep in mind that I did the research of various vehicles earlier and already had a few choices in mind. So I just took my time until it felt right. My salesperson Donovan and his manager, Eugene truly listened to me as I described what I was looking for. They answered my questions honest and addressed my concerns as they worked hard to accommodate. The result: I ended up with a great deal on a pre owned vehicle that exceeded my expectations. It’s been about two months and I’m still quite satisfied. So I like to give a shout out Donovan, Eugene and the all the staff I came in contact with for setting me at ease throughout the process. And special shout out to receptionist Maria as she was the first person the greeted us with a smile and such a calming demeanor which set the stage for the whole experience. And yes, I would gladly recommend this location to family and friends looking for a vehicle; pre owned or new.

Salesman: Mr G. I could not say enough great about him. I bought a 2024 exactly like my 2020. I wanted the exact car I had but automatic, Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF Soul Red Crystal. Dealership didn’t have it. He checked other dealers to accommodate me. I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. Never have I been treated like I was the only customer. Mr G was so attentive. Negotiating was non confrontational. When I picked up the car Mr G went over everything very thoroughly about the changes from 2020 to 2024. He said to call him with any questions, which I did. Always had time for me. He checks on me periodically to make sure I am happy. Hopefully he will still be working when it comes time for another new car. If I know anyone buying a new or used car I would highly recommend Mr G. He is the greatest. I have horror stories from past experiences.
