We just purchased a CX-50 Premium Plus hybrid from Mazda of Columbia, Columbia, SC. They had some difficulty getting the vehicle we wanted delivered to the dealership. However the problems were totally beyond their control and they cannot be blamed. They did furnish us with a nice loaner - a 2024 CX-5 which we really appreciated since our current vehicle went to a relative. The new vehicle we wanted was found - in Tennessee! - and we took delivery on January 2nd. Great SUV. Mazda of Columbia was easy to work with and treated us well - since I know we're not the easiest buyers to please. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

McDaniel’s VW dealership reneged from an agreement I had with them last night - including approval on financing pending the trade in of my daughter’s 2017 VW Beetle. Talk about double-talk and a terrible sales ethic - I would NOT buy a car, get my vehicle serviced here, or trust this dealership even if they offered me a car for FREE! My salesman Brandon and I had a deal last night when I went to bed - only to find out at around noon today that the vehicle was sold to this young lady- congratulations on your purchase! To my family and friends in the Columbia,SC area - this dealership has no moral compass and if your word is your bond - this VW dealership has failed the Golden Rule. If you’re smart - you will take your business elsewhere! McDaniel’s VW cares only about $$$$. Worst example of customer loyalty I’ve ever experienced - how does management here sleep at night?
No attention to detail - Runner316
Nice sales folks, but the financing and business office is a nightmare. I didn't get copies of critical documents, all documents had incorrect information after going through 5 reprintings, and they did FOUR hard credit pulls for someone with an 820+ credit rating. The place is a disaster
