Don my sales is a honest and very nice guy. The general manager even stopped in and said hello super incredible dealership. We came all the way from missouri was on vacation drove two extra hours to buy our truck. It was so worth the trip. Thank you to friendship ford for everything!

We purchased a used car and had problems with brakes on test drive. We let the salesman know about it and he says that’s the way the brakes are on those vehicles. He also stated idk anything bout other cars other than ford. We take it to service department a couple weeks later and they say they should fix it for free since been short time . Now they will not pay for it says it’s up to me. Why have a 21 point inspection if you don’t do them correct and want fix a problem they missed. I’ve always used them to buy cars but not anymore after this. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with them. Glen is one over sales and is a straight up xxxxxxx

I waited a while to do a review, just because I've been bamboozled in the past by dealerships, so when it came down to it, I was honestly terrified. But I honestly think Cameron did an amazing job. This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful. This car has made me cry on more than one occasion, knowing I have a truly reliable car. So I can't express how thankful and grateful I am!

Had a veh towed to this dealer with broken window- asked them to cover it as we were to have rain the following week. After 26 days and repeated calls they had not returned insurance adjuster calls and covered the window with a flimsy office-weight plastic bag which blew out and there was water damage to interior and leather seat. No calls returned. Shameful!!

I found exactly what I wanted. Went to the dealership gave the vehicle a good look over then went inside to ask to drive it. They let me drive it then I came back to ask for a price they gave me a direct honest out the door price with taxes and fees included. I wanted to do the financing through my bank so they gave me a deal sheet and I went got the loan and signed right up. It was very quick, prompt, and easy.

We went into Taylorsville Ford looking for a used truck and we talked to John Deal. The manager, Eric Settle, got involved and made us such a great deal with the rebates and incentives on a new truck, we decided to buy a brand new F150. They got us a great finance rate and went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was excellent. This dealership is a one of a kind place. These days, it seems like once a purchase is made, the businesses don't even remember your name, but they even called us a month after the sale to make sure all was well with our purchase and ask us if we were happy with our truck.

This shop is a joke, Had car in for brake problems, fixed wrong thing, problem occurred again that night not 60 miles down the road. THEN the part they replaced went bad and I had to take it into another dealer to get it fixed right. They are a two bit second rate shop. I wouldn't let them work on my granddaughters tricicle. Better have triple A on speed dial if you use them . If I could rate no stars I would.
