Was very satisfied with service. They were friendly and only had to wait 45 minutes. Do not like the new phone system. Like talking with the person of my choice. Makes you feel like they care and not just a number. One of the reasons I buy my cars from Gastonia but this new system will make me stop and think.

This review is not for the dealership, but specifically for service manager, Brandon R. Chestnutt. He unfortunately had to help me through a technical issue that was related to my car's splash shield and fender liner installments. Brandon was very professional, well-spoken, communicative and helpful. Previously, I never selected a specific advisor for my appointment visits. However, I will be scheduling future appointments with him given my positive experience, especially considering how anxiety-inducing car issues can become.

Kept me informed of everything and never pushed any thing on me and let me make all the decisions on what I wanted to do !! Checked on me to see if I needed anything and just great experience!!!

BEWARE!!!!! We bought a 2023 Toyota Sienna from them in November. First of all they delivered us the wrong van so all the original paperwork we signed was for a different vehicle. This was not discovered until weeks later. They REFUSED to send us Tags although that was promised to be delivered to us within 30 days. I'm sure this is a Huge cover up to hide the mess up. We called so many times and we're assured they would find out what's going on and call us right back which never happened. I would expect this from some small town side of the road used car dealership, but never from an actual Toyota Dealership... you would think you could trust them ...lessoned learned. This is still unresolved. Dealing with them after they get your money is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Worst customer service ever!
