Great job!! I was going to wait for service on my truck, and they offered me a shuttle service for free. I did not even know they had this service available, they dropped me off and picked me up! Was great for me because I work remotely at home, so I was able to get back to work quickly. Next time I plan to utilize their valet service! John Heister is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. They care about customer service, and it shows. This is a benefit for customer that purchased their vehicle from Heister.

We liked our purchase experience. Dave Mehan was well informed and was able to answer any small questions we had. Most importantly, he showed us 5 different cars that we were particularly interested in. He made sure we are well treated with respect and did not hesitate to show the same thing again or answer the same questions again. This helped us make the decision with full information. We had to wait for over an 1.5 hrs to do the final signatures. But the finance person was very polite and kind to apologize and explained the delay was largely due to a technical issues they had. Overall, its a great experience and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

Used to love this dealership - but they CLOSED. I discovered after I had been going to the Southpoint Chevrolet that Performance Chevrolet relocated and merged with Durham Chevrolet and is now HENDRICK CHEVROLET BUICK GMC CADILLAC SOUTHPOINT. Same great service that I used to get, my advisor retired but there new faces and a BRAND NEW facility. Real nice people over there.
