Just wanted to tell you about the Great Customer service I just received at Mark Jacobson Toyota! Aeris stops by my restaurant all the time and always told me to come see her when I was ready for a new car. I finally did and I’m so glad I did! All I can say is WOW ! Aeris helped me get me New Rav 4 Hybrid and she made everything Super easy from start to finish! Aeris is Bery Professional, Patient and Really knows her stuff! She took the time to explain all the features and made sure I felt confident before driving off the lot ! If you’re looking for a new car , definitely go see Aeris she will take great care of you !!!!! Thank you very much Aeris (( Mark Jacobson is so lucky to have such a Great Salesperson like Aeris )) I will be back for my next car for sure.

Eli, Savannah, and Cam were great to work with. After shopping other dealerships I drive an hour and a half from my home, because of their courtesy and professionalism. I worked at the Toyota dealership in Sanford for 29 years and they refused to give me any discount. Eli was very aggressive with the price and got me the vehicle I desired.
