Horrible work, will never return to this dealership, had a simple oil change done my 2003 corvettea few months back and they charged me around 300$ and i had to get over half of it refunded. it was time for a change again, i decided to do it myself this time since i am a tech myself and had time. I ended up bending a 15mm wrench trying to get an oil plug loose that should be torqued to 15 ft lbs. When i called about it they tried to charge my 60$ and soonest they can schedule is tuesday to resolve this problem so i went to the dealership in person raising xxxx and they changed their mind now i can come in Saturday at 9( the next day) which is fine, i just want my oil changed without breaking my oilpan at my expense for anothers mistake. Long story short i show up they get my oil changed and charge me 40ish dollars for labor which is fine i understand techs are there to make money, but this time on my invoice they have the wrong milage on my car, says they reset my oil life monitor which is a lie i reset myself showing it had 12% left after the oil change and no sticker for my next time to change. Its absolutely absurd to me GM cant properly do a quick oil change on their own vehicles correctly at a dealership

(I corresponded via emails and texts for 2 - 3 days before finalizing.) Logan Campbell, Sales Associate, was very kind and very helpful. He delivered my new SUV to me and went over all information and features before leaving me to enjoy my new ride. Andre Joyner in the finance department was very helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, everyone! I am really enjoying my new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS.

Very shady dealer practices here. Spent a whole day being told I could get pricing on a vehicle in transit and put money down to hold vehicle from an internet rep. I was transferred to a salesmen in store and talked about trying to get vehicle without the dealer add ons since truck was in transit and not there. Then was told that the add ons will be added no matter what and that I would just have to build the car online outright. Then after discussing that in that case I would just preorder online from Chevy instead of driving 3 hours to get truck. I was then told they can’t negotiate on trucks in transit anymore. Lol. This company practices is why the truck market is heading towards some dreary times. Be careful and watch everything they add on to your cars.

Do not use this dealership! I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and Kevin Smith said it was and he would have it ready for me to view. I drove over an hour to look at it and the vehicle was not even cleaned! After viewing the vehicle I still wanted it. I had a signed offer and a handshake with Kevin Smith. I was about to write a check and Kevin Smith came back and wanted more money! His word and handshake means nothing!

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

I was browsing Ramey’s Website and found a pre-owned Lexus which I liked. The Lexus was on their Richlands lot. I contacted them via E-mail to get more information about the vehicle and to discuss pricing. I exchanged multiple E-mails with Sidney Smith and Brandon Sheets. After we had basically negotiated a deal via E-mail, my wife and I traveled to the Ramey-Richlands dealership to test drive the vehicle. While driving the vehicle, we discovered that the windshield had a tiny chip / pit, which the dealership promptly had repaired to our satisfaction at their cost. We then finalized the deal. While visiting the dealership, we met with Brandon Sheets (manager), Christian Yates (sales), Frank Browning (sales), Eugene Hilton (sales), and Chance Moore (finance). All of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, cooperative, and helpful. This was our first experience with the Ramey-Richlands dealership, and it was very positive. We would not hesitate to deal with the Ramey-Richlands staff again for future vehicle purchases.

This place is a joke brought truck in on warranty work after a month still no resolve and giving me the run around. Had them change the oil before realized how bad it was one month in my truck is low on oil when I have never had an issue with it leaking or burning oil and is now ticking again didn't have this issue prior and my warranty work still hasmt been done!

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!
