This dealership was fantastic to work with and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! Christy Portis and Jordan Noriega both assisted me on Saturday August 2, 2025 in purchasing my Mazda 3 series hatchback. From the Sales Manager, General Manager, Finance Manager and the sales staff, everyone was amazing from being very knowledgeable and team oriented. My fiancé and I have definitely made our friends aware to check out Hall Mazda for future vehicle purchases. We are also considering purchasing the Mazda 3 Turbo series hatchback in the future. Please keep up the hard work and taking good care of current and future customers!

The worst sales manager in all of Virginia. Rude, arrogant, offering old vehicles as if they were new. At least I was saved from the trap this person with no work ethic planned. It's a shame Mazda and Cavalier Mazda Chesapeak dealers have such mediocre people working with customers.
