I can't say enough about the staff at Fitz in Hagerstown. I am single mother of two, and I don't have the financial support or help that some do from other. The staff at Fitz Chevy in Hagerstown, went above and beyond to make sure I drove away in a safe and reliable vehicle for my children and I. It has been a very stressful week dealing with dealerships. From rude comments, to no empathy, to "this is business only" type of attitude from "OURISMAN CHEVY". The staff at Fitzgerald Chevy in Hagerstown did not treat us this way. They were all so kind, understanding, and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. It brought on a lot of emotions, and made me see that there are still good people in this world. I will continue to do my business with FitzGerald Chevy of Hagerstown moving forward.
