I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys 2-door from Criswell in Gaithersburg. Leon Travis was my salesman. I'm 65 years old and have purchased a couple of dozen cars in my lifetime including Toyotas, BMWs, and Mazdas. I think this fun as heck Willys purchase is a result of a delayed mid-life crisis, but I can assure you I'm enjoying the heck out of driving it. With respect to the buying experience, I am happy to report that this was the most pleasant, low to no stress, professional, zero issue buying experience ever. I felt I got a fair deal on the Wrangler, I am not a pay the sticker kind of guy. Leon is highly knowledgeable, easy to talk with and very patient. After meeting Leon on an an initial 'fly-by' of the lot, it took me over a month to be comfortable that I had the right Wrangler in mind, and that I was ready to 'go through' the buying experience. Leon never pestered me, when I would send a note asking a question, he would answer promptly and let me know politely that he would be around if I wanted to test drive any particular Wrangler model or meet to work out a deal. I sent Leon a note letting him know I was ready to pull the trigger but that if I came to the dealership 'here is how I want the experience to go'. I was really impressed, the experience, price discussion, closing discussion, and drive away went exactly as I had asked, Leon curated the experience, had prepped his manager and business manager to ensure they followed the script. I test drove the vehicle, agreed on a price, finished the closing paperwork, and drove away on a full tank of gas (thanks Leon!) in less than 3 hours. The Wrangler (knock on wood) is now 3 weeks old, and there are no issues to report, flawless thus far. I highly recommend the dealership, and in particular Leon if you're considering a Jeep or other brand they sell. Take care, Joe

my stepfather James was in their dealership a few days ago he is a disabled senior citizen that had to have his car looked at the issues that were wrong with his car was to replace the harness and a few wires I looked up the price of these parts and their little under $600 they assisted on wanting to charge him at least $2,600 for the work taking advantage of disabled senior citizens to make three times the profits off of Labor is unacceptable I feel that this is my obligation to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and follow complaint against this company because charging someone nearly $2,000 for labor is a scam so if you're looking to have work done at this dealership I would strongly reconsider other options I mean I would like to see this company negotiate a better price with Mr James then I may feel obligated to change my strongly negative review about this company a job like this should probably be about $1200 Parts should be 600 to 800 and labor should be about 400

Salesperson Susan and Allen are professional and keep their promised price, which was negotiated through emails. Financial manager Mark checked with several financial institutions to help me find the lowest rate for my loan. They even worked overtime with me at the Friday night to complete transactions because of my late arrival. I can't be more satisfied with this dealership, and to be honest, they are above my expectation.

In my case, they took the time to explain where I had gone wrong in my calculation of a lease payment and were never snarky or demeaning about it. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. All in all, it's a fantastic place to procure your next ride.
