I was definitely on the hunt to trade in my current vehicle so I filled out the trade-in estimate on the dealer's website. After submitting it, Dean reached out within 10 min. We agreed to meet for me to check out the models I was interested in and eventually do ab test drive. Dean was very helpful with answering my questions, was willing to show me the various models to compare features and overall just a very patient sales personnel. He made me comfortable to make my own decisions and not place any pressure to leave with a new vehicle. In the end, I did get the new vehicle that I wanted and we made a great deal with the trade-in. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from the dealership and my expectation regarding their services have not changed compared to my first purchase. Dean, you were awesome to work with. I'm loving my new 2025 Taos SE Black w/ 4Motion.

I bought a sweet used 2023 Audi Q3 yesterday and Raleigh was my salesman and his Business Manager Rob “Mr. Cool” helped seal the deal. It was the perfect car buying experience: the sale price was several thousands below market value; the vehicle was immaculate and Raleigh even got it detailed and topped off the fuel; I was in there for under 2 hrs so it was a quick and painless transaction, I didn’t feel pressured at all from the time I sent my first email to inquire about the car’s availability, to the moment I came in to check out the vehicle and purchase it. I didn’t really believe that the car I was interested in was really on the lot as it was being offered at a relatively low price online (I thought it was a “bait n switch”) so I came in there without expecting to make a purchase. Holly crap it was real so I bought it on the spot! After we finished the transaction, Raleigh even helped me park the car I drove to get to the dealership at the nearby Metro station so I could drive home the Audi with me and pick up my other car at the end of the day by conveniently taking the Metro. I highly recommend this dealership and Raleigh is the man! Totally worth driving through DC traffic for 75 minutes. I will definitely come back to them for my next vehicle purchase. P.S. They don’t accept credit cards so bring your checkbook if you’re buying cash. ;)

This dealers service dept is excellent! It is led by the ever affable Nigel Stewart. He is so helpful and courteous. His staff are sweet and so nice as well. I NEVER mind having to go in to get my VWs serviced. An honest, no game playing service for our VWs. What more could one ask for?!

My judgement is that it produces a level of service that clearly speaks to 1) caring for the customer, 2)seeing to it that the performance of the customer's car meets or exceeds the customer's expectations when he purchased it, 3) that the work is professional and equitably priced.
