Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. Thanks again!

2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Unresponsive and rude service department, IF you can find anyone to wait on you. Slow service, takes over twice as long as they estimate every time. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand of car if you live in that area.

Dealing with Valley Honda has been one of the worst experiences I have had when buying a vehicle. I bought a 2020 Honda pilot a little over a year ago (so a 3 year old suv) with under 30k miles on it at the time. Not a brand new vehicle but certainly should be in excellent condition and should not have major problems. Unbeknownst to me the vehicle had “known Honda” issues with the sound system that became glaringly evident to me within 2 days of owning the vehicle. As a honda dealer and very widespread known problem you would think they would have recognized, known and fixed the issue before putting it on their lot. Instead they down played it to get past the 72 hours I had to return as a new buyer and let me be the one to incur the frustration and time of dealing with the issues. I learned, after countless trips to repair, mass amounts of time to their service department to fix, and research on my own of how widespread of an issue it was on my own. To make matters worse their sales team upsold me on a supposed bumper to bumper warranty (per their sales associate I would have nothing to worry about minus normal wear for the next 6 years) until of course I actually tried to use the warranty. I had the joy of water pouring in at my drivers side feet during a rain storm. I once again call their service department who instead of having me bring it in to look at the vehicle says “Here is a number of a 3rd party we don’t really do water issues if he won’t honor your warranty call us back and we will get you in.” I had the pleasure of calling the 3rd party who was astonished that I was given his cellphone number because he doesn’t directly deal with customers. He is an outsourced resource once a vehicle has been brought into the dealership. He had me take the vehicle to a different ,more reputable, Honda dealer in the area to be looked at, analyzed and subsequently fixed. To my surprise I was told the repair was going to cost me upwards of $500 to fix and wasn’t covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. I immediately called Valley honda, before I paid a dime, since it was their sales team who told me bumper to bumper with zero stipulations. After their service and sales manager both sang me shaggy’s it wasn’t me I was informed the only person who could potentially do anything was the dealership gm. He called me back a few hours later and after catching him up on the immense amount of issues from the door and the current mess ups left and right starting with the initial call to his service department his response …we definitely dropped the ball and things will need to be changed but there is nothing I am able to do…this is one of a handful of whoopses that happen throughout the year. Unfortunately, the only thing I can offer is for you to bring it back in and we will give you a great trade in. After all the deception, terrible quality, and atrocious customer service (and lack there of at times) let me head right on over and buy my next vehicle from you.🙄 Absolute joke. Buyer beware Valley Honda just wants the sale. Truth and customer service are optional as long as their pockets get padded.

Sales consultant Todd Trainor and Manager Art Rayba are helpful and knowledgeable professionals there to get into the vehicle you want. I am not an easy sell, but this was a no brainer. Top marks all around.

During my car search, I put in an inquiry about a Honda Accord. Kaelyn was the sales person that contacted me back. I scheduled a test drive and wanted to check out two Accords and a Civic. Neither ended up being the vehicle for me. (We currently had a CRV, Jeep Liberty and a Chevy HHR) I myself prefer a bigger vehicle so the Accords and Civic just weren’t what I thought. At the time, they didn’t have any used CRVs that I was interested in and I told Kaelyn different things in the CRV that I’d be looking for, miles etc. I took Kaelyn’s card and told her I appreciated her time and that I had to think about it. (Also had previously test drove a 2023 CRV at a different dealership and had a terrible experience) She wasn’t your typical sales pest which made this experience much easier. A few days went by and she contacted me and I told her the cars weren’t for me and that I would probably look for a CRV. She sent me the options they had again and they weren’t for me. Asked me a few other questions (specific details of things I had wanted) The next day she messaged me about a loaner they had just got in (basically brand new with the cloth seats I wanted!) Sent me a video of the car. Two days went by and I scheduled another appointment to come down and check it out. The next day I messaged her super early with two other vehicles I wanted to look at as well, one that I was more interested in than the original CRV. I did have one concern about it and was skeptical so as soon as she got to the shop she sent me a video and clarified my issue! We went down to check it out along with the other two. I knew when I drove it, that it was the car for me. (Somehow I ended up getting a car with leather, even though my original plan all along was ABSOLUTELY NO LEATHER!) The car was just that amazing that I fell in love. When we decided to talk numbers, I told her I already went through the check ready program with PNC and there was NO HASSLE from her or anyone in the dealership! This was the problem with the other dealership! Kaelyn made this process so easy and stress free along with Zach the finance guy! We were in and out! I even texted Kaelyn late that evening before close with a question about the car and she got right back to me and even double checked with the service department the next morning! Thank you again to Washington Honda! We love our 2023 Passport Trailsport Edition!

Bait and Switch - NOFayetteHonda

I was told a price on the phone and 45 minutes later I was told a much higher price at Fayette Honda. I even got a call from CHarper Honda while I was at Fayette onda and Fayette Honda told me that there's no way that CHArper could give me the price the they just did on the phone (And they did(Thank you Rusty, from CHarper)). I wold normally never take a call when I was at someone else's desk but the way I was treated, and they were not at the desk when my cell first rang, I took it. Fayette Honda even told me that I could not take the paper that they put the price on for me to see. I would recommend everyone stay far away from them!
