Adam Collins was the absolute BEST!!!! Found me a truck at another dealership, so I could get what I wanted because the truck I went to look at was sold. He went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted. Overall a great experience dealing with Adam and the rest of the staff was friendly as well, especially Bruce! What an amazing dealership! Made this the easiest car buying experience I ever had with a brand name dealer!!! 1. Salesperson did not send me away when I got there 20 minutes before closing, she stayed with me for a test drive and not once did she seem irritated. 2, Used car manager was amazing to work with. I honestly did not think he was a manager as most times those people are jerks. Rich was FREAKING amazing to work with and got right to the point and got the deal done in 1 phone call ONE!!! 3. Finance did a great job working with the credit union to get the proper paperwork and the doc fees are half of what others charge! 4. Car was inspected, cleaned and ready to roll when they said! Overall and amazing experience!

I had a great experience buying my first car from Northstar. I was contacting Mario through email prior but he was previously engaged and Blake jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of. My mom and I had a great time chatting away with Blake and Angela all throughout the test drive and financing. The 2015 Nissan Sentra was in beautiful condition and they had already put in so much work to make sure it was in perfect driving condition and even handled a part that had a recall on it. I couldn’t have wished for a faster or smoother buying process, can’t recommend them enough !

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

Purchased dodge truck 2015 including TST Silent Rider & Remedy. This coverage was misrepresented and deceitful. The undercoating we paid for was not done leading to rust, poor paint job, with rust a 2nd time. Owner not available to return call. If this prevention coverage was done as advertised this review would not exist.
