The people we have interacted with in sales -- Brennan and Alisha -- have been wonderful. It's a damned shame that this dealer has taken a political stance on EVs. The dealership's process for supporting new car owners on the features and function of the vehicle is excellent. That's Alisha's role. She shared that we were her *FIRST* EV delivery, so there were many questions she needed to follow up on. That's no shade on her. But this owner (and the owner spans several dealerships and flavors of cars in the area) has prioritized political intransigence over market leadership. Car buyers I know have traveled to other markets 1 to 1.5 hours away to buy/lease EVs that should be available and promoted here.

We would recommend the dealership including Nick Behr, Corey and the rest of the team to everyone. Nick and Corey were knowledgeable and straight forward. They were so patient with us old people and Nick was so calming with all of the options that were on the new vehicle. We did not grow up with technology like the younger people. I suggested to Nick that he should do a YouTube to teach new car technology. Bianchi on Peach Street in Erie is the best from the owner on down. We would not buy anywhere else. The owner is the absolute best making people feel special and well taken care of with phone calls and email follow up on sales and service.

The owner is absolute trash and doesn’t give a single xxxx about his customers or his employees. Not only was I sold a vehicle that had a blown transmission, but i also had a radiator hose come off while traveling down 26th, causing a xxxxing head gasket to blow. Don’t waste your time or money though them. Go somewhere that actually gives a xxxx about the safety of potential customers.

Trust me I didn't make it easy all of our interaction was over the phone and email and I didn't think I would be ever able to afford a jeep like this and he made the whole process very simple and very easy. He did such a amazing job helping me find a loan that works for me and guided me through everything I needed to do. Sold me the car with barely legal tires. They says nothing they can do. Fine. Paid 760 bucks for a new set. Now after 2 months and 1 week it needs timing belt change or something of that nature. (1000 bucks in repairs) . Oh and nope it doesn't qualify for the warranty because I went past 3k miles and it came first, otherwise itd still be under warranty until march 3 2021. Now they says they can't do anything about it and I'm responsible for the charges. First the tires( uneven cupped tread at the time of purchase) caused a grinding noise and steering wheel shakiness, took it to mechanic from bonnells acknowledged this too, tightened something and it sounded EVEN WORSE. I come back 5 minutes later and mechanic is gone. They tell me see ya monday(came on friday). I wasnt risking any further damage so I went elsewhere the next day to monroe muffler and they fixed the problems within 30 minutes. New tires sound good. Except now I need the timing belt changed or something in that nature that will bring my cost to at least 1000 bucks. I just spent $760 on tires ... and after finally affording new tires I need to pay 1k and there is nothing they can do. That is why I am rating one star. BUYERS BEWARE. Will NOT be coming back here and will DEFINATELY NOT be recommending friends and family to come here. I WILL BE DOING THE OPPOSITE. Telling them to avoid this place so they dont have to pay an arm and a leg for a car they just got 2 months prior and already needs expensive big job repairs. Collinson center does an incredible job at fixing dents and body of a car. Other than that, they are the most scheming company I've ever bought a car from.

Defunct dealer!!! Never turned in the paperwork to Penndot. I bought the car in March and still have no title or registration and it needs to be inspected by November. Also, I was sold the car with issues; when I went to have them taken care of I found out the warranty was only a limited warranty so I had to pay out of pocket for all the problems it had. Now, there are even more issues and these guys packed up and left the area. So now, I have to wait for the state to figure out what's going on before I can do anything and in the meantime, hope to God that my car doesnt break down somewhere. Real nice, let me tell you. If you ever see these lunatics, run the other way!!
