We had a great experience working with Zoë. We were buyers from over 3 hours away that had a trade. We were able to get some solid numbers in place based off of videos, pictures, VINs and overall care of our vehicle all over the phone and able to work on the new vehicle we were buying. Zoë was aware we were coming with check in hand and wanted to check over our new vehicle and get back on the road so when we arrived at the dealership Zoë had everything ready for us to sign, they checked out our truck and we were back on the road within the hour all set and done. Overall it was exactly the experience we were looking for and appreciate Zoë and the mangers at Maguire to make sure it was a successful quick deal.

I was in a bit of a bind in getting a particular vehicle and met Mike Porth on the floor. He attentively listened to my concerns and worked with management to get me the vehicle I really wanted in an amazingly quick time frame. Upon delivery Mike again made sure everything was ready and Chase assisted with my financing and thoroughly explained both that and my warranty options. Finally Jayden had all my delivery paperwork ready so it could be completed quickly. Then all the new options of my vehicle were explained and I was ready to go. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for everyone at Heinrich in assisting in my vehicle situation. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Salesman-Manager at Upstate, Attica New York was so good to me. His name is Al Ficarella. He helped me chose the right vehicle for me to lease. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. I leased from "another dealership" in 2023, the salesman was so pushy, and I felt like he really did not care as long as he sold me a lease. Al was not like that at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I needed or did not need. I will be returning to this dealership in 3 years when my lease vehicle needs to be turned in. My daughter also leases from the "other" dealership, and she has decided to go to Upstate in Attica NY in one year when her lease is up. Very pleased with my whole visit at Upstate, Attica, NY.

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Hartway Motors. I researched what I was looking for and found it at Hartway Motors, I prefer working with smaller hometown dealerships and worked out what I feel is a fair deal with Derek and purchased the vehicle. My wife never saw the truck untill we picked it up, she has not stopped talking about how much she likes it. I would also like to thank Nicole (finance manager) who helped with the extended warranty and financing that fit into our budget. I highly recomend these individules at this dealership for making our purchase enjoyable and worthwhile.

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!

Warsaw and Perry dealerships. Didn't budge on price. gave me $300. less on my trade in than quoted. I had to wait 4 days for the truck to pass inspection and was told it was due to the service department getting the wrong part. Once I received the truck I put it on my lift and realized the underside was in rougher shape than I had thought. My only complaint was I wanted a second key that I felt the dealer should have provided especially after the fact that I had been shafted on my trade in, and I was told that I would have to buy one. I contacted the owner and the manager, and was never contacted back. Don't waste your time people, buy somewhere else!!
