In January,I needed my Kia Serento seen for a problem in Utica, Ny. the local Kia did not have an opening til 2/25, over a month away. I called Burdick Kia and was able to get a service appointment within 3 day. I was dropping the car off early because a planned vacation. There was no problem with that for them. They also were able to get to the car problem earlier than planned. The service manager, Ms Harris, has been so helpful in getting me in for service. I would highly recommend Burdick Kia and the service department .Thank you again for helping me out.

We highly recommend this dealership. Dan was our salesman and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! Not to mention, this is the least pressuring dealership I have ever encountered!
