When shopping for a f150 Raptor, after a lot of research, I made numerous phone calls within a 300 mile radius, with regards to 2025 and 2026 f150 Raptors. I was looking for the best deal that made sense to me. I talked with many salespeople. All were nice, but one stood out above the rest. After giving me his name, he proceeded to explain to me that he is new to this dealership and selling ford vehicles. That was very refreshing to hear. “Honesty” a forgotten art for some, especially in the vehicle buying business. The name of the salesman is Orrin Stevens. They had a 2025 that I was interested in. The price was really good, but I had other deals on 2025’s and 2026’s that were closer to me. Orrin understood my explanation of why it didn’t make sense for me to buy from him. That again was very refreshing to hear from a salesperson, instead of them debating me why I should buy from them. We concluded our conversation. To my surprise, 5 minutes later Orrin calls back and explained that his sales manager might have a proposal that I might want to consider. The sales manager is Allan Moss. Allan explained to me that Orrin told him about my situation and he also understood why I wasn’t going to buy their Raptor, but he would grant me their first allocation of 2026. I was able to get the truck the way I wanted to, at a price that made sense for me. Orrin could have done nothing, but he didn’t. He went the extra mile to explain this to his manager. Allan went the extra to make the deal work for me seeing they were 4 hours away. When the truck came in I had it within a week. Everything went well. This was a great experience.

Took my truck in for a check engine light. After dealing with a different dealership twice and having them throw all kinds of parts at it the mechanic at Bob Johnsons trouble shot the problem the first time and fixed it. The people were very nice and friendly to deal with.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Purchased an explorer that I was told had 6,000 miles from test drives. Not even two weeks later the check engine light is on. Was told that the car had been used by a sales manager as his personal car! I paid full price for what I believed was a new car!! They also gave me nearly $10,000 less for my trade than they are trying to sell it for now!

They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave overnight. Told them to keep it then but service manager changed her mine and said no.WTH !, After 5 phone calls to service found out the only qualified tech to check u joints / rear end had quit. None of the other 15 techs could look at it for a evaluation. Place is a joke !! Then they tried to charge me for service and updates which should have been free. This is my first and last ford vehicle. Soon as I can order a new Chevy this one will be for sale. Stay away from this dealership . Looks like changing oil is all they do.

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady was not there” so they could not get me a loaner. They said I could pick it up the next day. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs.

2017 f150 Saftey RECALL door locks freezing and do not Latch Burdick conf this truck was part of Saftey Recall Said i have to drop off Truck and they would check to see if this truck was having this problem Really thats why i called them ??ive had this truck for 3 years and have had this problem everytime it freezes!! then she informed me that I would have to leave it for more then a few weeks then they needed to get a welder??? how long would that take ?? I live in north Country in NY am i supposed to walk now ??Loaner Vech ?? no responce from her ?? I could see if they scheduled an appointment when they have the recall Door Latches to replace them ?? I bought a special ordered super duty F250 at this dealership and the overall experience was very good. Nice staff and not your typical pushy sales people. Very familiar with the trucks and various programs and rebates. Just a refreshing buying experience unlike some of the bigger stores where they have a high turnover of obnoxious uneducated sales people these guys actually made the buyng experience a relative pleasure. I had my truck in for service and for warranty work and they were able to get my truck in quickly and get the problem corrected (warranty). I did have to bring my truck back in a second time for the same problem to get it corrected but they did mange to resolve the issues.
