I will do my best to keep this review brief. I had a big repair done (10k) and when I took my truck in for the repair the power mirrors and power seats were fully functional. When I came to pick up my truck after the repair was complete my power mirrors and power seats no longer worked. I pointed this out to the technician when I picked up my truck and he took it back but couldn't fix it. We had discussed another repair and he indicated to me that when I bring it back for the other repair they would get it back up and working. I stopped by the Service Dept. to explain the situation to the service rep that handled my 10k repair and was told that they would look at it but I was going to be responsible for fixing it. I told him if he wasn't going to make good on the Power Mirrors or the Power Seats I was going to cancel my 3k repair from which the guy sitting next to him (I am assuming his boss) arrogantly said to me "We are done" I was shocked and repeated back to him in question and stunned disbelief (We are done?) to which he arrogantly repeated "We are done". At that point I left in shock sort of repeating "we are done" as I couldn't help but wonder what the owner would have to say about this? This isn't my first rodeo with dealership service centers so I sort of expected a little pushback but if not this...I can promise that arrogant gentleman who told me "We are done" that he may be done by I sure am not...I will be telling everybody I come in contact with this story and can assure you that I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody uses that service dept. again. To be that arrogant he must not need any customers because he feels like he has enough business so I will do my best to trim off his business so he isn't so busy and so arrogant...This whole experience is very unfortunate as it certainly didn't have to be this way...I would really love to talk to the owners to see how they feel about all of this...It must be nice to be so big that you can turn customers away...Please avoid this establishment...There customer service is deplorable...
