Great first time service experience taking my new S90 for an overall checkout. Stephanie was great and was very knowledgeable about the product.. way better service than my recent BMW experience.. The service team at Volvo Fort Washington are not trustworthy. They tried to charge me 10k for an engine replacement that was under an extended warranty. They ended up replacing the engine and the car died the next day due to loss of coolant. They charged me for a cracked hose and the car died again the next day due to coolant loss. This time they said it was a temperature sensor. The car is now bucking like a horse and overheating. I received a quote today for 11k. I could go on because there at least 4-5 other reasons I can’t trust them. Don’t get caught up in the same mess that I’m in. Avoid them.
