Andrew worked out some amazing numbers on a 2027 Corvette Stingray and offered me a very strong deal on my trade-in. We were incredibly close to closing, but I ultimately decided to make the jump to a Grand Sport. Unfortunately, they didn't have any Grand Sports in stock at the time, otherwise I would have absolutely sealed the deal with him. Andrew was highly communicative, thorough, and completely honest about the pricing from the start. I was incredibly impressed by his communication and professionalism. Drew & Cesar worked with me on my purchase of a 2019 Equinox. I knew I was buying that vehicle (absent some unpredicted significant issue), and let Drew know prior to my appointment. I have never ever, had such a smooth buying experience. Drew and Cesar worked diligently in the hours prior to my appointment to make it as easy as possible. I was literally in and out in approximately 20 mins, driving my new vehicle home. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. When I inspected the car, it looked perfect to me. There is the tiniest, microscopic chip in my windshield, which they already arranged for safelight to repair for me, at my home or office. You cannot get more convenient than that. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. My sister works at a car dealership, and she was blown away at how smooth the process of buying this vehicle was for me.

We came here after having a very awful experience at a different chevy dealer. I refused to come in person before having a deal set in place and they had absolutely no issues with this. We came to a deal over the course of a few hours and I showed up later that night to sign documents. We worked with Jorge and I truly could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first car. Everything was so simple and I felt like my time was truly appreciated. Every single person I came into contact with was so kind. I would recommend this dealership/Jorge to anyone who is looking to buy a chevy!

Classic story of playing nice when they sell the car and then switch up once you need them for something after. CJ was a pleasure to work with when we bought our vehicle and was still quite friendly when I needed him for something a year later. Our biggest issue was with the finance manager Mohammed Alhomsi. He seemed fine when we were buying the car but was very rude and unwilling to help during the my three visits to get a reimbursement. Finally on the fourth visit we got somewhere but I’ll have to wait a month and will have to work with the loan company instead. Accused us of lying, when I wasn’t, and didn’t admit to his mistake after the loan company admitted on phone call that it wasn’t our fault. Very unprofessional and haven’t had such a poor experience at a dealership ever. The service center is okay and receptionist as well as online support is not very welcoming either.

The car was listed at $23,994, but the out-the-door price was over $30,000. That is a massive jump. A difference of that size completely changes the value of the car and makes the deal unreasonable. Pricing like this is not transparent. I would not recommend this experience.

I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.
