Nick was really amazing- he even responded to an email with a call on a Sunday night ( and this was AFTER we took possession on the car! We appreciate the work of his team-especially the young man who was so patient explaining the tech and getting my phone to cooperate! Also Ms.Kelly was very clear and efficient on the paperwork side. She even shared some good information about the old lease that will be helpful in getting a refund- that’s going beyond since the old lease was out of state. We don’t recognize the names on the next question (Mikaela and TCP????)so we will leave that blank. It might be helpful to put name and title next time.

I have been going to Prestige Volvo of Bergenfield NJ for several years and from start to finish I always have nothing but a great experience! Claus was great! He was very professional and courteous and kept me updated throughout the day. The rest of the staff were also terrific!

They are lying, lying and again lying I demanded phone calls records, and camera records, they did not provide. This is extremely troubling because it places the customer in a very unfair position. I relied on the verbal commitments made by their representative in good faith. Now the dealership is denying those statements and effectively accusing me of misrepresenting the situation. In addition, throughout the process, I attempted to communicate with the sales representative by email to document the details of our discussions. However, he repeatedly asked me not to send emails and instead insisted that I call him directly. He also avoided sending written confirmations of the terms we discussed. Looking back, it now appears that this approach prevented the agreement from being documented, which is why I am now facing this situation. Without written confirmation, the dealership is denying the promises that were clearly communicated to me. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Take everything under record what they are saying...

Made an appointment for "first thing in the morning" for routine service. Started a cup of coffee and replied to some business emails and before the coffee was gone was told my car was ready. Service Advisor Jeffrey Urbina reviewed the check list, I paid a very fair price and was on my way to the office. It was truely express service. Thanks for the great start to the day.
