A horrible experience! - briandpratt10

A horrible experience! We have a 2021 Crosstrek that had a catastrophic engine failure at 62,000 miles. We had the car towed to Pape. To make a long story shorter, the car sat at their dealership for almost a month. The only assistance they provided was to say they could not diagnose the cause without a $2,000 charge and they quoted us $22,000 in repairs. I told them we would be willing to buy a new Crosstrek if we could find a way to salvage the current car and trade it in. I asked several times to be contacted by a sales manager in hopes of finding a solution. Nobody called!!! Finally, I went to the dealership where we purchased the car in NH hoping they could make a recommendation. We ended up having the car towed there. In less than 24 hours we had a plan to repair the car using used parts at less than half the cost, and it will be ready in less than a week. They showed true concern followed by action. It's also worth mentioning that Subaru corporate was no help in this process. The warranty on the engine was 60,000 miles and we were at 62,000 miles. We had all our service records, but that did not help. Not very impressive or inspiring customer service from the Subaru brand either.

We love our new electric Trailseeker by Subaru! - nurse Wheelock

We love our new electric Trailseeker by Subaru!! Austin and Cooper were amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We are also grateful to Ryan’s patience in getting in to see him. We love that they have a designated person to help us navigate how to use an electric car! We also were grateful for their policy on allowing dogs as we had just gotten our puppy that week. We are enjoying our leased car and will continue to support Charlie’s Subaru!! Thank you all!

Forget the company, look at their employee. - Donald T

Forget the company, look at their employee. I took my car to this mechanic Brady and, frankly, it was tremendous. Really tremendous. This guy knows cars--believe me. The engine? Running like a dream. The brakes? Perfect. Some people say nobody fixes cars better, and after seeing the job he did, I think they might be right. I've seen a lot of mechanics some good, some not so good--some very bad, losers actually. But this guy? Top-notch. He looked at the problem, figured it out quickly, and got it fixed fast. No nonsense, no games. Just great work. If you want your car fixed right, by someone who really knows what he's doing, this is the mechanic to go to. Fantastic service. Beautiful. Brady should be making the big bucks. Give him a raise. Let him have direct deposit, it's a cost saver for companies - a no brainer. Do it.
