Alexis Getchell was my service advisor. - bward1941
Alexis Getchell was my service advisor. She followed up on the difference between the estimated cost and the initial final cost, dropping the initial final cost close the estimated cost. She was knowledgable and great to deal with.
Memorial day weekend i purchased a new truck and my sales - philafrench31
Memorial day weekend i purchased a new truck and my sales clerk, Jenna, was outstanding. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. She helped with everything i was looking for and was accomodating. Everyone i came in contact with was great! Im going to tell everyone i know to buy from O'Conner. Best dealership in the state, my opinion!

Just bought a new suburban and it was a different one - pamcm78
Just bought a new suburban and it was a different one than the one that we had pick out . And the salesman asked me if I had a picture of the one I picked out , like I didn’t think I would need to take a picture of the one I had wonted HELLO. , but I did notice that I keep asking for the paper work and they keep telling me that they were working on a different contract and that they had to finish that one before they could open a different page not true if you know about computers you can open multiple tabs at the same time . I’m still waiting for the sale contract 2 hours later after we got home I guess they don’t give clients contracts at all . The salesman told me that’s the one y’all chose , but it’s not the one we chose was a light color inside . This is gray SO BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN YOU BE TAKE PICTURES AND THE VIN NUMBER OF THE VEHICLE YOU HAVE CHOSEN NOT HAPPY CAMPERS WILL NOT DO BUSINESS THERE EVERY THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!! CARLOS MARROQUIN
This is more of a public service announcement than a - billlafleur64
This is more of a public service announcement than a review. If you've got a Bolt or similar Chevy electric car you'll want to avoid this dealership. My wife had a caliper get stuck on I-95 near mile 70. So she called Emerson and described the problem. The service guy's response was along the lines of "Yeah yeah, it happens all the time and you bought one of those 'odd ball' cars, that was what you would get." He also let her know that it would take 2-3 MONTHS to get it fixed. First of all the calipers on the Bolt are the same as on any other Chevy. The fact that he didn't know this is a bit scary. What else does he not know about brakes? Second, saying this to a woman stuck on the side of the road with her 2 kids on the Friday before Memorial Day isn't really good customer service. With friends like this Chevrolet definitely doesn't need more enemies!

Great dealership, from salesperson, to sales manager and finance officer. I’m not exaggerating when I say they’re the best I’ve dealt with in 40 years of buying new cars.
False Rebate Advertisement - cmm85
I would not recommend this for auto service. We recently selected them for struts and brake/rotor replacement because they advertised a $40 mail-in rebate on their website. Come to find out that the rebate was valued at on $20, and when it came time to receive it, the rebate was invalid because the wrong part that matches the rebate was installed. In sum, the advertisement was false.

We had a positive experience with our new car purchase at Quirk of Rockland. Staff was knowledgeable and low-key.
