Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. We have been repeat customers at this dealership. Once again we found ourselves in need of a car and came back here for another. Lucas Satler was our salesman. He was professional, kind and patient with all our wants and needs. In fact after we bought the car, we returned it the next day as my wife felt she could not keep it without a power seat on the drivers side. We asked if the seat could be modified but it could not. Lucas noticed the truck dropping off more new Trax and found the solution by putting us in a more upgraded model. We were so thrilled to get one that would handle our needs. One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot! I would say just get you xxxx together and respect customers time! I would never ever go to this dealership!

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
