Went to look at a used Saab. Friendly sales people, a little pushy but not out of the ordinary. Got to talking numbers on the car, and they refused to budge off their 'already very good' price, which was some $2k more than the value indicated by the big 3 valuation websites (edmunds, kbb, nada). Then, they look at my trade in, and made a down right insulting offer on it ($3500 less than the big 3 valuation), and refused to budge.
In addition, I was told that one of the vehicles I wanted to look at was already sold. Here it is a week later, and of course, that vehicle is still on the lot.
This dealer looks like they're hoping for uneducated consumers to walk in the door, be fed a line, and fall for their sales tactics. Don't go looking for even an average deal here, there isn't one to be had.
