This is now my second used Jeep purchase (in 1.5 years). Both times, this LHM dealership has exceeded my expectations. This last purchase was done with our sales rep Sam Thurman. He was an absolute expert on Jeeps, vehicle functionality and well exercised at taking my input/needs and delivering a vehicle that met my needs and preferences. The sales process was quick and efficient, and Sam provided excellent service through the sale and servicing of this vehicle. I would highly recommend giving these guys an opportunity to help you find a good quality used vehicle where they avoid playing games and treat their customers with respect. If you want a superb buying experience - these guys definitely deserve an opportunity to impress !

I recently took my 2021 Jeep Cherokee into Larry Miller Jeep Provo since I was getting an error message that the Forward Collision Camera needed adjustment, along with warnings that the Traction Control, Stability Control, and Cruise Control needed adjustment. . I received a call that the camera module needed to be replaced. I finally heard back from service at 5pm that the car was ready. I had a rental car, and they closed at 5:30, so I had to pick the car up the next morning. I arrived at the dealership around 9:30 and had a $1,100 bill for the camera replacement and calibration. I was driving home and about 5 miles from the dealership all of the warning lights came back on. I immediately drove back to the dealership and waited for an hour before the service advisor came and told me that they needed to re-calibrate the system and do a software update, which was not done the previous day. After 2 hours I got the Jeep back, all the service lights were out. The next morning, while driving around all of the light came back on. Took the car back into the service department Monday morning, and it took them 2 plus hours to figure out that the ABS Hydraulic unit needs to be replaced, to the tune of another $1,400. Truly hard to believe the Service Techs fix something and with minutes the same warning are back on again. A car that is 4 years old and a part that the Chrysler website says should last 100,000 miles goes out with 33,000. IF YOU NEED TO HAVE SERVICE ON YOUR JEEP – GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME (3 DAYS) AND MONEY.

Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

Mike, who was the Service Mgr on a Saturday morning, got me in without an appointment and fixed it while I watched. No charge and I was back on the road within minutes. No charge. I overheard the salesman say that the Camry would have gone to auction if I hadn't bought it, that would have been a good place for it. I'd like to ask Stephen Wade or his sales manager what if this was done to your mother or father? How angry would you be! Your offer of settlement over the mats, alarm and key fob is insulting , you should have told me there was only one $420 key fob with the car (a deal breaker), you should have told me that there was an aftermarket alarm on the car that needs to be repaired or taken out, your 100 point inspection didn't catch this? You said you allow your cars to be taken to a mechanic, you wouldn't let me take the car to our church mechanic would you. He said he never would have let me buy this car. My plan for 2025 is to send out at least 250 emails and letters to Government agencies, consumer groups, Toyota chat rooms, Toyota Corporate, Facebook, X, TikTok, all of the review pages and media groups that I can find.. These will go to Salt Lake City, Provo and St. George UT. Mesquite and Las Vegas NV. As will my origanal letter.

I am in California and was looking to purchase a car out of state since there were none available locally with the features I wanted. My car shopping experience last month with a few dealerships was very frustrating. They simply could not comprehend the concept of an out-of-state purchase which in itself is confusing since the online car sites have a 'nationwide' search option; virtual buying. However, once I connected with Erin at Stephen Wade she did not miss a step. She understood exactly how it worked, was very accommodating and she knocked out this deal in short order. She wasn't just a sales rep instead she provided concierge-type services! A very satisfying purchasing experience!

I have dealt with a lot of auto dealerships over the last 50 years and yesterday we purchased a new Jeep Gladiator from Matthew at Doug Smith Jeep in Spanish Fork, UT. I cannot say enough positive things about working with them. They were up front and honest from start to finish, their deep discounted advertised price did not require any pre-qualification/s and no games at all. I would also give them an A+ on trade-in value. We have been here now a few times. One of those times I had asked the man behind the counter about the specs on my truck because I was thinking about getting a camper. Well he told me to Google it and he said that my 2019 RAM 3500 long bed could only hold 2000 pounds. He was so wrong and rude. Oh yes and we spent over 1000 dollars that day and were planning to return to get tires another 1236 dollars. Well we scheduled the appointment and were told an hour and half. Which we were ok with because we would still have time to get to our next appointment. Lol sarcasticly!! They took 2 and half hours and every time anyone there spoke to us it was a lie. Then I complained and was told I would get a discount. Lol sarcasticly!! No he said I got one but it was exactly the same amount he gave me when I set up the appointment. Another lie.. Oh yes and who ever was behind the parts counter sure had a dirty word or two to say after each call he got off of. We can even talk about the sales staff screaming across the lobby. Yes we have spent almost 6 hours there. I wish Karl would check out his name sake.
