So where do I even begin? My journey started around July 2025, during a time when I was genuinely undecided about which direction to go, whether I should buy a car or lease one. I did what most people do and began researching on my own, and that’s when I came across D&M Leasing. In Aug 2025 I submitted my interest on the website for a vehicle. Shortly after, I received a call from Albert Woods, and from that very first conversation all the way to the finish line, he was absolutely amazing. Albert was incredibly patient, answered what felt like a million questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He truly gave me the time and space I needed to think things through, which meant more to me than he probably knows. There was never an aggressive sales push, just honesty, guidance, and genuine care. A month later, I called him again with even more questions, and once again, that same patience and professionalism was there. Then 3 months after that, around December 3rd, I reached out yet again with additional questions. Each time, Albert showed up consistently, calmly walking me through the process and making sure I fully understood every step. We officially sealed the deal on December 31st—right before the New Year—and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the year. Albert showed me so much grace and took the time to break everything down, ensuring I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. I am beyond grateful and so happy to now be driving my beautiful 2025 Nissan Sentra, all thanks to Mr. Woods. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly excited to continue this relationship moving forward, as leasing will be my go-to process from here on out. I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. I purchased 2015 BMW has after market wiring, he claimed it’s for an amplifier and did not effect the car , I insisted that sale was not final antil I do BMW inspection( I have it in writing from them) BMW dealer preformed the inspection and found out that the after market wiring effected the electrical and brake system on the car and as a result the factory warranty on the effect parts is voided. And found out the car has water damage and based on BMW technition the car was flooded. I returned the car 10 days ago and they promised several times that is they cannot find another car to do substitution of collateral Now they are not going to do either and not returning calls Stay away from this dealership bunch of crooks working there 46 complains at the BBB Many complains at the attorney genral’s office And several law suits

I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience I had with Laura Warren. She helped me decide on what to do about my venture into getting a new car. Not only was she very professional, but also she heard and understood exactly what I was trying to say. She knew my hardships within my credit history and set out ways to make it much easier to get the vehicle I want, with the price I want. It's not often these days that you get to talk to someone who really puts so much into helping someone out. I work in the customer service industry and I know first hand how tough it is to get someone on the phone that really puts a honest effort in answering all the questions a customer may have. Because of her wonderful, enlightening personality, I will be buying soon. I am taking steps now to get the cash in order to make my first NEW CAR purchase. Very rare to get such a nice person on the line with you when dealing with the headaches of life, she made it worth everything and I look forward to speaking with her again. Will never go there again. Trashy people with trashy attitudes. Snakes that look for every way to screw you. I got a car there a 2013 gt mustang. Big mistake. I originally went for a red one that they swore was there when i got there it "went to auction" but they had a white one. They lied about the milage. They showed it with 18k miles when i looked at the car it had 38k. About 6 months of having the car all kinds of problems happened. Ac went out plus tbe ECU computer. These people will sell you crap cars. I wanted to trade the car in for a car that gets better mpg they wanted 475 a monthfor a 2013 camry. They are out of there mind. Dawn is a worker there that thinks she is a hustler but is also full of crap. She tried to put us in a carolla that has probably been parked for 3 years. You can see wires on the tires. Out of date emissions but 3 years plus their cars look like crap. Don't believe me? Look for your self they are really rude. I had them pick up the piece of crap Mustang they sold me. I have a settlement check coming in a few days and will have money to buy a car cash. I could of paid the car but it was not worth it. Too high of prices for crappy cars.
