My daughter recently purchased a car from this dealership. There have been nothing but problems since the first day she drove off the lot. The manager, Shawn Wolford, assured her that everything would be made right, which has turned out to be nothing but a lie. She has had the car back and forth at least five times in about 3 weeks, and is set to take it back once again. He refuses to acknowledge the multitude of issues found by an independent mechanic, and will not commit to fixing the car.

Great experience, especially for a used lot. I found a particular car online that I was interested in. Called for availability and was able to check it out right away on a Friday afternoon. Worked with Andrew, who was very straightforward and no pressure. Did a test drive and loved the way the car drove. The whole was filled with high quality vehicles. We talked through all the financials. Everything was above board and fair. I decided to take the weekend to process it and review other cars I had been considering. Ultimately I decided that another vehicle I was looking at was a better fit for my particular needs. I gave Andrew a call Monday to keep him in the loop and to thank him for taking the time to go through everything. Even though I did not end up purchasing that vehicle from Bermont, I very much needed to talk out the process and see my best options. I felt very comfortable the thought of doing business with Bermont. I also had a friend who had bought a vehicle through them a few years prior for their daughter and has been very pleased with the purchase having had several years to reflect on their experience. So I went it the experience with high hopes and was not disappointed.

Set up a test drive on the spot. The best thing was he has super friendly and professional, did follow-up calls to confirm the test drive, and even let me know how exactly much the final cost would be if bought it after the test drive. He was waiting for me when I arrived and he was just as friendly and professional in person. The car was exactly as advertised, clean and ready to go, sold! We did the paperwork and I was on my way. I was in the market for a vehicle for a month or so when I came across Devy Auto Park. If you want one of the best car buying experiences this is the place to go. All the models on the lot are used, priced under blue book value and the best part is its haggle free pricing! I did my homework and my Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking at was priced $1000 under bluebook value. I Showed up and immediately Kenneth greeted us outside and answered any questions we had. Devy gave me what I wanted for my trade and just like that I walked out of there with an awesome set of wheels. The whole experience was a great. I asked them to find me a certain vehicle and they did. I went in did the paperwork and was done. They were very personnel and professional. As for processing paper work due to the fact I was a out of state buyer I have to say it went pretty smooth so far have not run into any problems.They even delivered my vehicle to my work residents. A service some dealerships do not offer any more.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO and buy a car from these people. They are complete scams. They will feed you all of these positive things about your warranty package that they provide so that you feel secure , but the warranty themselves xxxxxxxx . I bought my Benz October 2024, the same day the headlight had to be fixed, which I wasn’t aware of until night time. So Omar the one who sold me my car said to bring back the next business day which was Monday. I brang it Monday , OMAR COMPLETELY ignored and walked around like I didn’t exist but he just sold me my car so I was confused as xxxx. I took it to the shop that is right next door and explained to them that the person who sold me my car said he would cover the headlight. Thankfully the guy working at the shop Nextdoor was SO nice!! He walked over and told Omar what was going on , then Omar finally was able to approve them to fixed it. I think Omar was ignoring me because he promised to pay my first car payment and let me tell y’all something, HE NEVER PAID IT. 6 months later MY CAR WOULD NOT START. I took it to the Benz dealership and I gave them the warranty papers that Omar provided. The warranty DENIED MY CLAIM AND SAID THAT SOMEONE ELSE TRIED TO PUT THIS SAME CLAIM IN TWO MONTHS BEFORE I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE. The warranty was supposed to cover power train which is anything surrounding the engine. So I don’t know why my claim was denied but IMPORTS AUTO DIRECT WAS AWARE OF THE PREVIOUS DENIED CLAIM AND STILL SOLD ME THE CAR. THEY WANT TO GET RID OFF ALL THESE JUNK CARS AND RUIN PEOPLES LIVES TO BENEFIT THEMSELVES. The $75 a week is a scam too.!!!! The REASON THEY GET EVERYONE APPROVED IS BECAUSE THEY USE A BANK CALLED CREDIT ACCEPTANCE THAT HAS THE HIGHEST INTEREST RATES THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE. I was PAYING $355 a month for this car and the interest charge was $238 a month , y’all do the math !!! Technically I was paying $117 towards my car and the rest to the bank!!!!. NOW SINCE MY CAR WONT START , I’m in a hole of $15,000 and chuck nel and them won’t do anything to help me. CHUCK NEL TOLD ME TO VOLUNTARILY REPOSSESS MY CAR TO THE BANK?!!! Like so let me just xxxx up my credit since y’all sold me a xxxxed up vehicle. Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

I do not recommend purchasing from this establishment. The previous owner was good, made sure he only purchased quality vehicles. The new owner is exactly what you'd expect from a used car salesman. Sneaky, dishonest, won't provide maintenance documentation when requested & blames his co-workers for his own failures.

I purchased a 1994 Saab with 60,000 in Nov 2006 through Ebay from DJ at South Pointe Auto Corral (also All Pro Auto Mart) in Cannonsburg, Pa. I drove it 300 miles home and added another 200 miles before the engine started leaking oil. The block was shot and I needed to replace for almost $4000. The air conditioning never worked and the steering shaft needed replaced as it was bent. After many calls to DJ I realized that their promise of a $500 refund (big of them!!) was never going to happen. I submitted a formal complaint to BBB which South Point never responded to. They are liars and scam artists who use the internet to push unsafe and junk cars. The state should shut them down. It's a crime what they get away with.

My Contract with Fresno Auto Traders Started on about 09/23/2017 . I made a down payment of 4000 and my monthly payments were $250 The Auto dealer I was told to resign a new contract with the business. 03/01/2018 I made a monthly payment with the business And signed the contract over again because he claimed there was some error. Fresno Auto traders started my payment history over again as if I had only originally paid the down payment excluding the 6 months I had paid on the vehicle. on 06/01/2018 the primary signer Darrell Miller took in a partial payment of $140.00 and the dealer agreed that the late payment was fine. The incomplete payment was later resolved on 06/25/2018 in the amount of $238.00 an additional $250 for the following month ahead. The payments were all caught up. At the time of my unfortunate delay in payments, I made the mistake of telling the car dealer that I might just come in around 07/15-07/30 to pay off the remaining balance which I continuously asked for which he could never tell me what I actually owed until he repossessed my vehicle on 07/27/2018 He told me at first that my total amount owed when speaking to him by phone that owed $4700 I told him there was no way that I could still owe that much for the 13-year-old car I was financing which is a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta 2.5l He hung up in my face. Then I called him again and I told him that I and the primary signer had done some figures with eliminating the interest charges. As he promised that would be deducted from the total amount due. we told him we still owed $2,700 he disagreed and stated that we needed to bring in $3,969 to get the car back. I went in the next day and paid the $3969 for the possession of the vehicle at the final meeting I asked the dealer if he would report my purchase to the credit bureaus he "Yeah sure guess how much it costs me to be able to report $7 dollars a month or year I can't remember. I said " Oh that's great" Then he asks me " Hey do you want me to lie on the report and say that you paid less so It won't affect your SSI benefits". I replied no thank you leave it the same it's fine/' I just really worked really hard to complete my auto loan and I believe I deserve to have my purchase reported he insured me that it would get reported. I have submitted complaints with the BBB and the California Department about the matter no one has solved the issue. My main focus from all of the disappointing event that is associated with this situation was for my payments to be reported by the business to the credit bureau. Fresno auto traders have answered my request stating they do not report any auto loans that are based on in-house financing. I was lied to by the business and overcharged by $1159
