I bought a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label in Florida while on vacation and drove it home! Took it to Lincoln of Cincinnati and received great and accommodating service. I made some friends. I'm sorry I can not say the same for Englewood Ford who was anxious to sell but follow up nearly did not exist. I still cannot get a call back though I left many messages. But Colin at Lincoln of Cincinnati has made the last several weeks bearable and enjoyable with his kindness, understanding and constant help to guide me through this transaction. I also met Amy the newest member of their team who is top shelf in personal relations. A shout out to Roger in service for his amiable ways and care. I must say Colin was the best at what he does and I will continue as a fan of Lincoln of Cincinnati. We will do business in the future I am sure and all of this is the result of someone willing to help a customer with a problem and all I did was get a warrantee detail on my car. Every business has problems on occasion but I am confident this dealership will go to great lengths to solve it in a fair and equitable manner. Love the people and their kindness to me! The worst car I ever owned was from here. From the lying salesman. That told us he had to tell Scott he won't sell crap on his lot. I didn't catch on then as I should have. So we drove a 2011 pathfinder off the lot to find it's never been looked over. So they says we don't have a mechanic bring it back for a day, so we can fix it. Well we did. That day turned to 7 weeks. Blowing us off daily not returning calls. The entire rear sub frame rotted out. The entire shock system as well. So they said it's in tip top shape cmon down and get your car. So we get there. To be told we can not drive the car off the lot due to plates expired. While in their possession. We had to argue to even leave to go get plates immediately. As we did get those. So we get to our driveway 23 mins away from shook. Check engine light comes on. Never had it Happened before. So we took it directly to a Nissan dealership. For warranty purposes. Nissan said we're minutes away from the entrie tires falling off and breaking a lot more, items under the cars front end. And gas was very apparent with the smell. So they said it been cut. I called Scott and he said we were subject to thieves due to where we live. CANTON OHIO...!!! Well shook said the never touched the gas tank we hit something. Which never happened. So they started to blame us more said the city we live in someone obviously tried to steal gas. WOW JUST WOW...!! THIS IS DIRECT FROM THE Ownership...! AND HOW YOU WILL BE TREATED...!The entire rear suspension rotted out. The front tie rods ball joints entirely busted out. And busted gas line on top of the gas tank. We have cameras on our vehicle and our home for safety. No one was around our car all night day. So after Nissan fixes the car correct we will have an amazing vehicle. Non of it is thanks from shook auto. So now we have gotten the report and damages we were sold with the car. They never touched looked at in any way shape or form. So we have no choice but to approach the attorney general now for help. Because shook hasn't been responsible for what they should have done before we eve stepped foot on the lot to be able to buy a broken down lemon like this one. Never will I tell anyone to go here. Thank God I have to deal with a bank and never has to deal with shook again any way shape or form. Good riddance...!!!!

My experience working with Brad Monhollen was exceptional. I found a car advertised on Car Guru that had not been procced yet for sale. Brad promised that he would contact me when the vehicle was inspected and available to purchase. Brad kept his word, a week later he called to see if I was still interested in the vehicle. Brad test drove the vehicle and thoroughly informed me about the vehicle before I made a trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready for me to drive, everything was exactly as he described, and I left the lot that night with the vehicle. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

I emailed a bunch of dealers that had the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid color/options I wanted in stock. This place was the cheapest and they also were the most generous with my trade-in. Agreed on a price and on trade-in value over phone and email. I was driving from Pittsburgh and it was absolutely worth the 3 hour drive. Everything was as they had said it would be (no switching prices or adding fees or anything). Very nice facility and we were in and out in probably 1.5 hours. They were ready for us, greeted us by name, and we got right into it. The van was already detailed and ready to go. Only knock was that they wouldn't title in PA or collect PA sales tax, but I'm not sure if that's a dealer specific thing or an Ohio thing. Great dealership experience and am super happy that I chose this dealership.

This is one of the worst experiences with a car finance company and the car that I have with them. sold a car to me that had not been checked over, seat belt was broken, brakes was making noise and somehow it passed an !MOT with that problem.with in the first week i had problems with it.should have never passed the mot.i should have a working and a safe car which i have kids, i don't feel safe driving with my kids in it. I'm paying £356 for a car that has problems. That is not fair i expect to have a car with no problems at all. that's why i got the car on finance. it's going to cost me £750 to repair the car whereas the clutch is gone after 5 months of having the car. I called the finance about the situation they said it's my problem they cant help me at all, they said when they gave me the car it was driveable and in good condition, that i should of serviced the clutch. has any one that has a car serviced their clutch for their car let me know please.only doing 7000 miles and having the car for 5 months please tell me if i should be having so much problems.my wife is out of work due to the car not driveable and i told the finance people on the phone. told them about the situation they said im am still able to fund repairing the car and paying for the finance of the car. this is so unfair and wrong no help at all with the finance company.they have no empathy on the situation what so ever and i'm totally shocked and upset how i am being treated. i have had several different cars and older cars then this one done more mileage aswell they have never given me any problems. as 7 seater family car i wouldn't expect the clutch to go on a 7 years old car and only recently serviced as well by the company that gave me the car.the clutch failed when my wife was going up a hill it rolled backed nearly hitting the car behind .i asked to speak to their manager they refused it because they said that the case was closed disgusting. The reason for getting a car on finance is to make a living for my family and right now this is stressing me and causing me to have strong migraines. not in a million years i was expecting this to happen to me.
