We purchased a 2025 Wagoneer in April from Tri Lakes Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge. The process from test driving to final purchase was super easy, and a professional experience! Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the Wagoneer features, and was engaged in the whole procedure. The price negotiation and finance processing was a smooth method, with absolutely no pressure. We are very impressed with Tri Lakes and hope to do business with them again in the near future.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. He sent us pictures of the vehicle upon request as we were interested in a new arrival. Needing a new car we were not confident driving our around town truck an hour from Boonville to Jeff City. Without hesitation Mike offered to give us a ride to the dealership. With an hour drive we did not have one minute of uncomfortable conversation or silence as Mike is SUPER personable, down to earth and a great conversationalist. We would 10/10 work with Mike again!

It is well worth the drive from the Jackson metro area to purchase new and used cars. My wife and I had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had at Reed Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Nick Patterson was our sales consultant and he was amazing. He was straightforward, honest and took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted. He was patient as we asked questions and tweaked what we wanted. We were looking for a safe car with more space than we currently had so we could safely fit our son’s car seat. Nick showed us options and even let us put the car seat in for the test drive to see if it really gave us the space we wanted and needed. We didn’t fee any pressure to buy something we didn’t want or need and Nick truly helped us find the perfect car within our budget. We truly can’t thank Nick enough! And to top it off Nick had us finish the financial things off with Cody Dover who helped round everything off with even more great, friendly customer service!
